The Aftermath! Who Still Lives?

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: Burning cinders and acrid smoke blew out in every direction, enveloping the forest in a fiery haze. Just being near it was enough to draw tears, as the searing hot smoke that blew past stung the eyes and nose. It would last, maybe minutes. The more you tried to run, the more lost and confused you would all become. All you could do was sit and wait. Slowly, the burning smoke began to settle, and the veil was drawn to reveal a burning fire. Deeper within the forest, where the explosion came from the floor was covered in burning bugs. All roasted, a single drop of a grass blade would make them crack and fall apart. Burnt to ashes by the sheer intensity of the flame.

But there was so much. What about Saburo? That sweet kid was just like the rest of you, a casualty of this ongoing war. Perhaps some of you weren't the best of friends, but there was still something there. Even the coldest human being couldn't simply turn around and leave, even for practical reasons. What about Kichaku? The very man that dragged you all into this hell? He couldn't just leave you all behind. At this point, if no attention was paid to them and everyone ran away you would be killing them yourselves and casting yourselves further into hell.

The future was a nightmare, just as Lazarus foretold. One wrong move could result in untold catastrophe for everyone. More people would go missing. More would die. Would there be anything for the soldiers to come back to?

With broken bones and bleeding hearts, who among the group was still strong enough to do what was right? Or has... all hope been lost.

๐€๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ค๐š ๐ˆ๐๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ž: The impact kind of shocked her- she was trembling, her ears ringing from the blast. She hadn't been intensely close to it- if she hadn't moved, perhaps she'd be blown back, but Yaban was safely away from it as well. A part of her just wanted to cry, before she recalled- Arata and Yaban were okay, by visuals. But what about Saburo and Kichaku? She rushed to the shack, standing in the door to gaze upon whatever had become of them- her reaction depended on what she saw, but she was still weak in the knees but not as fatigued as she'd expected to be- if she'd been hit by those bugs, they'd all be out but now since the danger had been eliminated she thought she could probably handle getting everyone back, even if she had to drag them inch by inch.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: A half of the shack had been completely blown away, wood and splinters were blown all over the place. Although most of everything within had been burnt up, among the heaps and hordes of bugs little thin winding veins of stragglers were assembled. As time passed, they dropped off by seconds but it seemed like some were managing to fly off and get far away from here. Just like the group, how could they live after this? At the center of the room, there was something giant hidden under a mass of burnt bugs. It reeked of burnt flesh, and underneath the bugs charred skin cracked of colors black and red peaked from within. It was obvious at this point as to what it was, but in the face of grief no one wanted to face reality. Although something began to move under, an arm slowly moving. Was it Saburล? Was he still alive? What kind of pain was he in? How much longer would he have to suffer for his one mistake?

๐€๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ค๐š ๐ˆ๐๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ž: Asuka's face contorted into a rather incomprehensible expression as the smell hit her. She gagged; never had she smelt burning flesh in her life, but here it was, in her face and inescapable. She rushed over to the moving arm, brushing off as many bugs as she could while trying to be gentle about it before making the handsigns for her healing technique. Her heart pounded with an inexplicable, painful hammering as her mind tried to wrap around the idea of what had just happened, why it had happened- but she needed to focus. Heal, get them out of there, heal more. "Saburo?" Her voice cracked, trying to see if he responded or showed any sign of responding. "Saburo?" She asked again and she didn't care if it was delirious. "Saburo, Kichaku, you guys are going to be okay. You're going to get out of here, and we're all going to be fine, okay?"

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: No sound came out. Not a grunt or a peep from Saburล as Asuka pleaded with what wasn't there. The more she brushed off, the more she could see. Even the burns couldn't have caused this damage, there were bugs burrowed deep under Saburล's skin. You could see cooked fat, sinew, and raw muscle altogether in the span of a mere 6 inches. An anatomy lesson that would forever stain the mind. Saburล's arm came loose as a hand desparately clawed out. It was burnt and bleeding, and as more space opened up someone within could be heard struggling to breath.

๐€๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ค๐š ๐ˆ๐๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ž: Breathing as if she was suffocating and grasping for air as she saw more and more of what she wasn't able to really stomach. She felt sick; the image would forever stain her mind. This was death- the thing her mother feared, violence, and the loss of such precious life. She didn't know how to react other than her slight panic attack, but she didn't stop. She didn't know why she didn't, but she grabbed the hand that clawed out and pulled, hoping that Kichaku would just come out. She hoped it wouldn't hurt, but how would she take care of what was very clearly a corpse? "Kichaku?" She asked, trying to take into account how damaged the Nara was.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: As soon as Asuka offered her hand, the hand latched on. Kichaku was hanging on with his life, as he desperately grabbed and pulled with all of his strength. Even with Asuka doing her best she couldn't pull Kichaku out from under the giant. The more time Kichaku was under there, the more air he wouldn't get. She would need someone's help for this, and fast.

๐€๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ค๐š ๐ˆ๐๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ž: "ZEMIR!" She screamed, aggression and anger filling her tone. "ANYONE! HELP! ZEMIR, WHY?! WHY, ZEMIR?!" She sounded agonized as she cried out, her voice filled with pain as she did her best to shove Saburo's corpse of off Kichaku. "PLEASE! ANYBODY!" She finally broke into tears, but she could only scream the same thing over and over again; why, Zemir?

๐€๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐š ๐‡๐ข๐๐ž๐ฒ๐จ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข: While he had been out for some time, who knows how long, Arata was stirring from his little slumber. Awake enough to take note of someone shouting, the words muffled, as if he was still far away. He coughed and groaned, the smell, it was noxious to him. His hands pushed on the ground as he got up to his knees. One hand clutching around his midsection, the other limply dangling just to save what little energy he had.

He would come over to the source of the yelling, "What's up?" He asked, taking out his scroll after getting a survey of the situationa nd seeing that Kichaku was alive. if he had any chakra left at all, it would be used to make as many clones of ink as he could, saving some for self-sustaining purposes, and get to helping her pull Kichaku out from under the rubble.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: In his current stage, even attempting to use chakra would make Arata sway back and forth. He couldn't rely on clones here, and despite his terrible state he would need to help Asuka physically if they wanted to get Kichaku out.

๐€๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐š ๐‡๐ข๐๐ž๐ฒ๐จ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข: Rolling his scroll up, Arata would work with Asuka, "COme on, let's get them out of here." There wasn't really anything else he could do or say to help her out.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: Together, Arata and Asuka continued to tug on Kichaku's arm. Every passing second, the tighter Kichaku's grip became on Asuka's arm. It was a race against time, and they were running out. Even Saburล's body began to move slightly because of the sheer amount of force the three of them had to put in until Kichaku finally came loose. He fell right out, rolling on the ground under Arata and Asuka's feet as Saburo's own body finally fell over and parted into a different way. Ash was thrown into the air, and briefly clouded the Akimichi's body as it continue to shrink back to its normal size. Kichaku was still gasping for air, his whole body moving with each breath as he tried to hopelessly hold onto every bit of air that he took.

Kichaku's whole head was caked in dry blood mixed with ash and more, his eyes were shut closed in pain.

Saburล's face could clearly be seen now, parts of it were scalded and burnt by the explosion but the rest was intact. It was only the rest of his body that had been burnt so badly. He was not breathing or anything, just. Still. His eyes were screwed shut, and his brow furrowed into a permanent expression of pain and in the right light of the flame: Dried tears could be seen.

๐€๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ค๐š ๐ˆ๐๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ž: What's up? What's up? Her arms trembled as they pushed, anger, rage and sorrow washing over her senses as tears rolled down her cheeks and her throat and lungs burned from her screams. She knew he was disoriented, but she couldn't form words to really say what was up. She just wished that Zemir was here to hit him again- maybe it would really fix that disorientation of his, whack him out of his stupor. Still, she literally shoved Arata to the side as she settled beside Kichaku. "Where does it hurt?"

๐€๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐š ๐‡๐ข๐๐ž๐ฒ๐จ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข: Getting pushed to the side, Arata fell over. Hitting the ground back first and knocking what air he had left in him out of himself. Going right back to sleep just as quickly as he had gotten up to help, he could spend some time thinking about what it meant to have a friend that cared for you like that, or what it meant to understand social conventions and norms.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: Kichaku's breathing slowed down, and slowly he started to regain his composure as his eyes slowly flitted open. He raised his right arm, trying to point to it with his left arm but there was nothing there.

"I'll be, I'll be fine. What... happened?"

Kichaku said this as he slowly brought himself up from the ground, just barely propping himself up with his left arm as his sight accustomed to what little was around him. His vision was blurry, but premonition of fear alone made him realize what had happened. He didn't remember anything after the attack began. The last thing he could remember was the feeling of something trickling down his head, like little ants prickling at his skin and a sudden exhaustion.

Kichaku got up, and stumbled across the room with haste. He fell at his last step, collapsing before Saburo and wrapping his left arm around the kid's head trying to grab onto what little he could. Kichaku brought his head close, trying to hear breathing but he could only hear his own. There wasn't even a twitch of movement from Saburล. Kichaku lurched up and started slamming his hand on Saburล's chest.

"Come on! Come on! Jirล! I didn't want this to happen! I'm sorry! I'm so sorry."

Kichaku's eyes were tinged red with tears as he grabbed onto Saburล's chest, trying to pull him up by his jacket. Even though his vision wasn't clouded that much, Kichaku was seeing someone else in Saburล. Kichaku frantically pulled with all his might, and Saburล's body slowly turned. If no one helped him, he would keep on until he could drag Saburล out from the house.

๐€๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ค๐š ๐ˆ๐๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ž: Kichaku surprisingly got up and she begrudgingly looked at Arata, who she'd basically knocked out before feeling a pang of guilt. She should have punched him- but she banished that thought from her head quickly- she was just upset, angry beyond belief, but she grabbed Arata by his ankles and dragged him from out of the shack as Kichaku began pulling Saburo.. Jiro? Did Saburo have another name? "At least someone isn't useless." She murmured, carelessly pulling Arata as she came to terms with what Saburo looked like. No, he could be alive? That false hope was what was keeping her going and even Kichaku's words couldn't rip her from her delusions. Saburo would be returned home safely. They weren't even that close, but--- she had friends, right? They were friends, something she didn't have many of. Priceless, precious friends. They'd all sit together at a table and eat together again- Akimichi food, Yaban, her, Zemir and Saburo. Maybe they could invite Kichaku, even. Saburo wasn't dead.

Saburo wasn't dead.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: Kichaku kept struggling as he pulled on Saburล's body, even as Asuka joined in. There was no part of him that wanted to let go until they were out of the shack and even then he clumsily ran straight back into the shack for Arata. Who Kichaku noticed when he was pulling Saburล out. Since Arata was much lighter, Kichaku tried to bring his left arm under Arata's and prop him up until the both of them could walk out. Hopefully if there was any energy left in the artist, both him and Kichaku would hobble out of the shack together.

"Who's alive? Who's still here," Kichaku impatiently asked Asuka. He didn't even realize that almost everything was starting to burn up in flames, Kichaku's mind was scattered and his eyes looked empty. It's like he had died completely in that shack and had woken up in Hell. Everything was just so wrong. Nothing was right.

๐€๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ค๐š ๐ˆ๐๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ž: It took her a moment to reply. "Yaban, Zemir.... but Zemir was a monster the last time I saw him." She couldn't really explain any better. She was grateful for Kichaku's help. "We need to get them back to the village- will we have time to find Zemir with the fire?" She nodded to the flames.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: Kichaku seemed more confused than before when she mentioned Zemir was some sort of monster. That couldn't have been related to the enemy's ability. When Asuka mentioned they needed to get back to the village, Kichaku looked at just what they had on their hands already and started to shake his head.

"I don't know how we're going to get everyone back. Or where we're going to go."

Kichaku continued walking with Arata, and if Asuka showed him, they would find where Yaban was and settle him down before heading back for Saburล. Once everyone was gathered, Kichaku would find a tree to rest against and just lean against it with all his weight. He stared straight into the open flame, not knowing what to make of all this. But this, this sight and these feelings he would commit to memory forever. The burning smell of the forest, being lost in his memories and emotions, the dancing of the fire before him as if to taunt him.

๐€๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ค๐š ๐ˆ๐๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ž: "None of that matters, as long as we do. We can learn about the how and where when we get there. For now, we should just focus on what we can do." She walked over to where Yaban was, prepared to pick him up as much as she could despite her tiny body more or less princess-style. It put a lot of strain on her back, but she would most likely manage to struggle over to where Kichaku was storing Arata. The faster they did this, the better- unless, of course, Kichaku helped. It would probably take him as long as it took for him to pull Saburo over for Asuka to really carry Yaban to the tree.

๐™๐ž๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ: The smell of smoke drifted through the forests of death finally reaching the nostrils of the unconscious Zemir. He had received no physical damage during the previous events but instead had driven himself to exhaustion. When he finally came too his mind was reeling; Where was he? What was this smell? Memories that were blurred started to drift into his mind; Arata's ribs cracking under his fist, leaving Saburo to die under a swarm of bugs while he saved Asuka, Attacking Yaban. The images were so violent in his mind he couldn't discern the outcome. Eventually Zemir had pieced the information together. He had KILLED Arata and Yaban at the very least. He looked down at his hands in horror, his eyes becoming wider with realization of what he had done. With his mind not in a good place Zemir did the only thing a frightened kid would do. He ran. He ran deeper into the forests looking for somewhere to hide, running further from the smoke and light of the fire, from the bodies of his friends.

๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ž ๐‡๐š๐ซ๐ฎ๐ง๐จ: After her last interaction with whoever this thing once was, she watched as the thing slowly lost itโ€™s armour. Like rocks falling down mountain, each part dropped and soon the person from within the ยซcreatureยป was exposed. She was about to head off, But stayed to observe whatever this was, for only to notice the familiar headband. โ€˜โ€™Wait- Are you a friend or foe...โ€™โ€™ she questioned him out loud. But seconds after, a large explosion echoed through the forest and raging fire begun to eat the forest- piece by piece. HOLY SHIT THIS IS BAD. If any of her friends were caught in this fire, or possibly hurt by the explosion, she needed to hurry the fuck up. But first, she had to react as this person she was with tried to run away. Friend or foe, she could not leave him alone, so the moment he tried to run away, Chie would rush after and attempt to Get a hold of his arm to stop him. โ€˜โ€™Hey! Donโ€™t leave! Everything will be okay, man. But Please donโ€™t run off alone! We are safer together and right now, I desperatly need your help. I have friends, that may be caught in this fire, so please, help me try to find them! I know this is scary, but I promise Iโ€™ll have your back!โ€™โ€™ She said out loud and released his arm. In hope whoever this person was, would follow, Chie quickly turned around and rushed off. She had to Get to the cabin and start her search from there. She shouted out for Asuka, Arata and Kichaku, in hope to get someones attention. Either with- or without the frighten Zemir.

๐™๐ž๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ: Zemir had been so busy freaking out that he'd completely looked over Chie. When Zemir attempted to run he felt her hand grab his arm in an attempt to stop him from bolting. He turned and faced her, his expression now a mix of fear and anger. "NO, you don't understand!" He yank his hand free and pushed her away from him "I KILLED THEM" He once again looked at his hands "I killed them. I couldn't control myself, and I killed them. I ... I can't stay here, I'll hurt others" He took a deep breath "And I don't want to see what I've done. I can't, I won't live with that" He was irrational, the only thing Zemir truly feared was his own anger, he was a afraid of what it could do and now as far as he knew, he had found out. His mind was racing, he'd be arrested, probably tortured or executed, locked away for ever? He couldn't deal with that, as Chie rushed off to try find survivors Zemir shook his head "You'll only find bodies" he muttered as he once again attempted to retreat deeper into the forest away from the consequences of his actions.

๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ž ๐‡๐š๐ซ๐ฎ๐ง๐จ: Seconds after she got a hold of Zemir, he pulled away and went on about killing them. His expression showed clearly how he felt. Chie glared at him, Trying to keep her cool to properly understand the situation he had experianced. She felt bad for him and her expression turned rather sad as he went on. But that sadness turned into fustration and then anger. She stood right before him and watched him stare at his hands. Her left hand slipped into her bag and pulled something out inbetween her fingers. Unless he noticed the string-like thing, she would stick this to the back of his left shoulder. Then, the moment he looked back up, she would attempt to place her hands on his shoulders while slamming her forehead into his as hard as she could. โ€˜โ€™Wake UP! You lost control and right now you are losing every sense of your cool. We are in a dangerous situation Where the forest is on fuckings fire and we have a potential gang of friends that MAY or may not be alive. Worst case, They May be in need of help! There May be a slim chance that They are still alive and that we are their only chance of survival! I would much rather think back on this situation, knowing I did Everything I could to make sure they survive, then to admit defeat while they burn to chrisps. Iโ€™m sorry, for being hard on you. But right now we need to stay calm and help each other out cause on our own, our chances of surviving are slim to none.โ€™โ€™ She said in a mad tone- losing her cool. โ€˜โ€™Iโ€™m terrifyed of what I might stumbled over, especially on my own. But Iโ€™ll risk anything for their chance of getting out of here, safely with me! Thatโ€™s all. Iโ€™m sorry.โ€™โ€™ She huffed out and If her hit landed, she would hold onto her head. After waiting for a moment, she rushed off, this time being the first and possibly the last interaction between the two. She hurried up, making her way closer to the fires and yelled for her friends.

๐€๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐š ๐‡๐ข๐๐ž๐ฒ๐จ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข: After having been dragged around enough, and set up against a tree with Yaban and his dog (hopefully), Arata started to stir again. Whenever he went under, it was from trying to breathe too much, catch his breath, or overexerting himself in his awake state with his ribs crushed. But whenever he was out cold, his body just focused on recuperating enough to let him wake up. Having your ribs giving your lungs a bear hug kind of sucks.
If Asuka and Kichaku were back with Saburo, Arata would just smile and weakly offer a thumbs up, "Glad to see. That you're doing alright." He said through harried breathing.

๐™๐ž๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ: When Chie headbutted him, Zemir acted in retaliation, attempting to slam a fist into her gut. Successful or not he'd let her make her plea, and the expression on his face would twist with anger, frustration, guilt and sorrow. He clenched his fists as he came top a decision. In a fit of annoyed rage he lashed out at a nearby tree, punching it as hard as he could "FINE! We'll go see what i've done. They deserve that much" He hated himself, one because of what he'd done and two because of how quick he was to run away from his friends, he couldn't call himself a man with actions like those. "Lets go, i'm physically fine, just exhausted" With that, Zemir took off with Chie towards the fire and the hut. Upon arrival he was faced with the destruction and froze, he didn't want to see the bodies of his friends, it make it all too real. He closed his eyes and took a few deep breaths as he readied himself

๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ž ๐‡๐š๐ซ๐ฎ๐ง๐จ: Her headbutt was succsessful, But it resulted in her getting punched in the guts. It surprised her and she let out a couple of painful noises. Guess she kind of deserved that one, but it ended up with Zemir deciding to come along. The two of them made their way to the cabin, which was damaged. Zemir needed a moment, so Chie gave him a couple of minutes before asking โ€˜โ€™Do you recall Where you last saw the others?โ€™โ€™ She looked around the cabin and went from the side to see inside through a broken window. She kept her distance from the fire. There was nothing inside, so she proceeded to scout the area.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: As Chie and Zemir both approached the hut, they would find it in shambles just as the other group had. The smoldering wood and choked grass of the forest has been providing ample nurturing to the fires. What was once little split embers was now beginning to turn into infernos. They needed to leave here soon, but the more they looked around it became obvious that something came into the shack before. There was an impression leading from outside the shack and into the forest. It was almost as wide as a cart, and even a blind man could notice it once they came across it. If they followed along, they would find what exactly had been drug around and who had done. (For the sake of the session, Chie will go on autopilot for now and follow Zemir. Try to keep interactions with her to a minimum until Emi is back around.)

๐™๐ž๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ: As the pair arrived, they quickly found the wreckage. The fire was growing more and more intense as they got closer. After a quick inspection they'd find the trail, like something had been dragged away. Could have been a survivor? He ushered Chie along as they jogged along the trail following it until they found where it ended. "Anyone still alive?" He called out

๐€๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ค๐š ๐ˆ๐๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ž: Although she was a mess, trembling- unable to really explain how she felt other than desolate, Asuka heard Zemir's call. "Z-Zemir?!" She called in response, whipping her head around and dashing in the direction Zemir's voice had come from- the shack. "Zemir! Zemir, over here!" She hoped to god he wasn't the monster she saw almost kill everybody; hopefully he was sane now.

๐™๐ž๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ: The moment he heard Asuka call his name he rushed in. Following her voice until he finally found the group. They were in a bad way most looked dead or close to it. "Asuka!" He rushed over stopping a few meters from them "are you okay?" After confirming she was fine he'd look to Arata and Yaban before crouching down with his head in his hands, "what have I done? What am I?"

๐€๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐š ๐‡๐ข๐๐ž๐ฒ๐จ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข: Arata would grunt a little, coughing a bit as the slightly crushed lungs made it a little hard to breathe. But as Zemir came in, Arata would offer a strained smirk, "What you are, is a badass." He chuckled a little, coughing again as the smell of smoke in the distance mixed with his cracked ribs were starting to become an issue for him.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: Chie followed in suit, behind Zemir as she too was anxiously waiting to see what remained of their team. Lain out across the ground was the team, Yaban and Arata were both knocked out but a simple observation would show that they were still well and alive. Saburล, however, was laid out next to the two and as the effects of rigor mortis set in he had become as stiff as stone. Up until this point, Kichaku had been barely managing to process everything but as he noticed the rest approaching he finally picked himself up.
"We can't stay here for much longer," Kichaku mentioned as his eyes glazed across the fire, "we need to get out of the forest. Somewhere we can hide, just for the rest of today."

๐€๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ค๐š ๐ˆ๐๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ž: "You were a monster." Asuka's statement was blunt and most likely difficult for Zemir to hear. "But you're not anymore, which means we're going to be okay." If anything, that armor scared her more than Zemir; it looked nothing like him. Therefore, logic in her mind dictated since Zemir looked like, well, Zemir, he'd be fine. "And where could we hide? In town seems better than anything else, would they really risk screwing around in a crowded place?"

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: "We can't just hide anywhere in town. If people see us... and," Kichaku's eyes briefly glanced towards Saburล's body, "... we'll just be found out. If they even ask us one question about what happened, we risk everything."

๐™๐ž๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ: He winced at Asuka's words but nodded "for now" he said softly. His eyes fell on Saburo and then to Kichaku. After listening he spoke up "the orphanage? They don't matter, plus my room is like a strong cell. Or the Hokage?"

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: When Asuka mentioned that Zemir had been a monster, Kichaku's eyes seemed to light up as if he was trying to connect something. However, the word didn't seem to hold any ultimate meaning as it just went in one ear and out the other. When Zemir mentioned the Hokage's, an idea came to. Before he could reveal it though, some matters needed to be settled first.

"Does anyone here have a scroll?"

๐€๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐š ๐‡๐ข๐๐ž๐ฒ๐จ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข: Coughing and sputtering a little, Arata would reach behind his back and take out that scroll. "I do." He muttered, offering it up to Kichaku.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: Kichaku hobbled over to Arata and took the scroll, fanning it out and letting its paper trail out as far as it could go. From there he laid it out flat on the ground and used the Unsealing Technique to take out what was already in it. Once everything was out and had been discarded of, Kichaku hastily kicked it all into one big pile before bringing the scroll to Saburล's side. Kichaku sat down by his side, and faltered for a second looking over the body. But, after a few more seconds he brought a single hand up trying to form an incomplete hand seal. It would take him a minute, but eventually he was able to concentrate his chakra and with a an enveloping smoke Saburล's body was stored into the scroll. From there, Kichaku awkwardly fumbled with the scroll trying to put it back together. Once it was and Kichaku finally lifted it, it was almost shocking how light the scroll was if it weren't for how normal this was in the shinobi world. However, Kichaku couldn't bring the scroll much higher than his waist, as if weighed down by the shame and guilt of simply surviving. He'd stuff the scroll into one of his pockets before looking around.

"Who can't walk?"

๐€๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ค๐š ๐ˆ๐๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ž: "Do I have to pick up Yaban again?" She looked with distaste at the heavy Yaban. Sure, she managed to pick him up before, but it was hard as hell to carry him like a princess when he weighed more than her- she'd put a lot of strain on her body. Not that it was Yaban's fault, of course. Still, if he said yes, she'd probably attempt to pick up the boy with what little strength she had left.

๐€๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐š ๐‡๐ข๐๐ž๐ฒ๐จ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข: "I can walk. I just need a little support to move along. In case I zonk out again."

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: Kichaku looked at Yaban and Arata both, before pointing Zemir towards Yaban.

"Help her with that."

Kichaku leaned over and offered his hand to Arata, and together they'd lean on one another to get out of this burning forest. Unless there were some parting words to say, Kichaku would be quick to start moving towards where they came from.

"We're going to be heading out of the village for today. There's a place I know of where we'll be safe. Everyone stays right behind Arata and I until we get there. We'll be taking backstreets, whatever dark and shady parts of the village we can get through to get out. You don't let yourself be seen and you don't linger. Alright?"
After that, Kichaku went dead silent trying to push ahead with Arata by his side. Together they'd lead everyone away from the village. It would take hours before they actually got out, even as they were leaving shinobi could be seen moving to the forest. Everyone was on alert after the explosion came from within. The whole group would stick to walls and cover themselves in shadow just to move from one place to the next. Privy eyes were everywhere, scouring the village for signs of the arsonists who started the fire. It was constricting, as each passing moment, each step ahead; the walls grew thinner and their chances of getting out became more and more fickle.

Finally, through one of the abandoned gates that led out from the village the group broke out into the light and hurriedly ran out from Konoha. From there, it would feel like a breeze just walking down the old road. Taking twists and turns down each trail, until eventually they were in front of Lord Hibiki's small estate. There were no signs of life yet. However, Kichaku was unaware of the former Hokage's granddaughter. With just a step of caution Kichaku would hurry to the front door before quickly opening it and setting Arata down in a nearby chair. Kichaku gestured for silence and listened intently for the sign of any life in the house. If it was only quiet for the first few seconds, Kichaku would hobble off down into the house trying to find a bathroom to wash himself off in.

๐ˆ๐ฌ๐š๐ฆ๐ฎ ๐”๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ก๐š: Sweeping into their home, the home of Hibiki and Isamu. The opening of the front door seemed not to do a single thing, but it did quite a bit thing in terms of alarment. To the ride of the door frame was a single, tiny ivory candle that had formerly had been lit and when the door had been opened with a quickness, it dispelled the wry flame, it didnโ€™t cast much light too. It may have seemed insignificant, however it was one of the thousands of precaution made by Hibiki to keep their home safe, along with his โ€˜daughterโ€™ Isamu and it was a very important one. Within the opposing direction, within a dark hallway that held to a single door to the right, which was the bathroom and daring to go deeper, there was a staircase going upward a floor, a bird, a creature sat staring with its two toned hues and the tilt of its head. Naturally, he had been a hostile bird, but it was a smart one and it never launched itself into stupidity, and thankfully, it had not for the song eagle, Reihaka noticed two familiar faces and two of them was a familiar smells too, Zemir and Yaban. The bird went into alert mode, moving to the hallway as quietly as possible, attempting to alert Isamu.

Disturbed not it seemed quite quiet and peaceful, at least, until Kichaku thought to listen, there was a gentle sound of pecking against wood and a low-voice, sweet and completely unaware of things going onโ€”Running water too. โ€œW-What?!โ€ The voice asked as if they seemed a bit alarmed by this pecking, it was a bit murmured by a door, both the door and her voice were easily heard.
Bothering not to keep her head out, a whole figure wouldโ€™ve exited this bathroom if someone dared to spot this and considering, the hallway was lined in a direct shot from where they choose to โ€˜restโ€™, Isamu was easily seen leaving and making haste in their direction. Her calm demeanor had disappeared, she seemed concerned, and she happened to not be looking at Kichaku, but Yaban and Zemir then to Kichaku. Following behind her was Reikaha held the first aid kit of sorts.

If it didnโ€™t appear like so yet, easily spotted by her attire, which was a simple loose shirt and some pants, along with her sickly pale expression and how friendly Reihaka was with her, she lived here. โ€œIf this is an invasion situation, result of ambush or a failure of a mission. Were you followed?โ€ She broke the ice with that, simply. There was limited reasons to be here, and considering their looks, this was the first question she needed to know.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: When Isamu came out into the hallway, Kichaku froze up and had a look of confusion. She just completely brushed past him, a complete stranger covered in blood and missing an arm without so much as a glance before heading over to whoever was behind him. Even if she wasn't a friend, it seemed like somehow the situation would solve itself and no one would need to worry about her doing anything drastic. Once she passed though, Kichaku went on his way to go wash up. He'd be in the bathroom for a couple of minutes, giving Isamu and the other genin plenty of time to discuss what the hell was even happening. By a stroke of luck, maybe this was another ally they could include into their fold?

๐€๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐š ๐‡๐ข๐๐ž๐ฒ๐จ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข: Arata found a nice spot to rest in the house while everything was unfolding, as he was in the middle of passing out from lack of oxygen every fifteen to thirty minutes, he couldn't exactly pay much attention other than mumble.

๐™๐ž๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ: Zemir, instead of helping Asuka took the burden on himself by picking Yaban up over his shoulders. "I did this, try get energy back, they'll need your help" he would stay beside Asuka as they made their way "I'm handing my headband in after all this. At least until I can control myself. If I'd hurt you ..." He trailed off with that.

Upon arrival at Hibikis home he immediately recognized the place. "Ironically if there's anyone there let me talk" when they entered it wasn't long until Isamu appeared, the first person to show Zemir kindness. He placed Yaban on a couch so he was at least comfortable before addressing Isamu "long time no see, I'd love to catch up but things are hectic" he looked to Kichaku "I'll risk my freedom on the fact she's trustworthy" with that, Zemir gave her the best recount of what happened leaving the portions he missed for Kichaku

๐€๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ค๐š ๐ˆ๐๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ž: She glanced up at Zemir, who'd taken Yaban into his arms rather than leaving her to do that work. She sighed, a long, drawn out sound- it was clear tears had been streaking down her face for some time, but now there were none left to cry. "What's handing in your headband going to solve, Zemir? If anything, just learn to control yourself. It looks like it's hard, but do you think there's some way you could learn how to fast?" She was a bit uncomfortable thinking of monster-Zemir and it was in this case she probably wouldn't be able to quite see Zemir the same way; the killing intent that had come from him was still fresh in her mind. Was that the real Zemir? But this was the Zemir she met first, wasn't it? She corrected herself- Zemir wasn't an it. She pushed Saburo's corpse out of her mind, but her voice was still rather hollow.

She was mostly silent in Hibiki's home, not really recognizing it. She stayed near Zemir, but she knelt beside Yaban, the only genuinely unconscious person. At this point, she swore Arata was just passing out for attention, but that was just another spiteful thought- all of her negative energy was mostly being redirected at passive aggressive action and thought towards Arata. Arata is such a cunt. Still, now that things were (hopefully) safe she'd make the handsigns for her healing technique. This was going to be a long night, so she might as well get started.

๐€๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐š ๐‡๐ข๐๐ž๐ฒ๐จ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข: He had no clue who hated him, or why they did if they did, he was in the process of trying to take in air, only for his lungs to be restricted by his rib cage having been caved in. It's like trying to inflate something that's at its max size already.

But, in the end, his dreams were a little better than his current state, if a bit filled with thoughts of inadequacy regarding his power. No matter what he did on any of these missions he had been on, he just got swept to the side like he wasn't powerful at all. He wanted to be like Yaban or Zemir, or at least have someone he could count on as a friend to back him up. Funny how traumatic experiences give the worst kinds of nightmares.(edited)

๐ˆ๐ฌ๐š๐ฆ๐ฎ ๐”๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ก๐š: โ€œThere is a spare set of clothes within the bathroom, use it to dress any wound possible.โ€ As she passed by Kichaku, she spoke with a point. In the bathroom were folded clothes on the counter, with a towel, almost as if she was going to take a shower and it seemed their timing was on a good point too. Unlike the normal side of Isamu, which was the always smiling, friendly and compassionate one without a single worry. She was easily found with a neutral expression, she almost felt like she was putting on her fatherโ€™s shoes too.

As she made it to Zemir, she listened with all her attention as her hues trailed only once to the passed out Yaban, to everyone else, one at a time, back to Zemir and once he got done expressing. She heard the worst of it all and she wasnโ€™t going to show her pain, even with the deaths that she โ€˜heardโ€™ of and those that will always mean something to her gentle heart. As everyone under the leaf, was her family and it pained her to know such things happened.

So. Within this heartache, she simply closed her eyes with a gentle smile. Lifting up her right hand to pat Zemir on the shoulder. โ€œI get it.โ€ She attempted to sound as reassuring as possible, even if he told her half of it was his fault, such as attacking his teammates. She did not judge him one bit nor have bitterness. She didnโ€™t seem scared all the same. She recalled everything he told her. โ€œWe can talk after this is over.โ€ She whispered that with her gesture to attempt to calm him down, because she honestly felt like noone was. As soon as she said those words. She moved back a bit.
Clapping her hands together, she went to grab EVERYONEโ€™s attention. โ€œDue to the situation. We will be relocating into my room. There is too many areas to defend here. And no is not an option.โ€ She stated with a small pause, as she looked up at the ceiling then to the door. What was she going to do, what could she do? Clearing her head for the moment, she had to think like her father and yes, despite the pain of those around her, she found her calmness and words from her father, his advice in mind. โ€œEveryone is battered, bruised or completely out. Thus, once inside my room, I will be placing traps everywhere to ensure we can manage. As there is only one way into my room and two ways out.โ€ She added, yes, she was being bossy.

โ€œI will help carry anyone.โ€ She added. If someone wanted to check her plan, she didnโ€™t mind conversing the idea, but it was her home.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: After somewhere about 5 minutes, Kichaku left the bathroom. His hair was tousled and moppy, freshly wet but at least not caked in ash and dried blood. His clothes were a little wet too, but only spotted in areas where he tried rubbing out the major stains. He came out just in time to hear the ongoing conversation, as Isamu was trying to get everyone to move to her room. Kichaku walked up behind her and patted Isamu's back, standing above her as he looked down with a serious expression.
"Look, I don't know who you are. I understand you might be a friend to some of these people, but I'm in charge of this operation. Moving everyone to another room could risk more injury for those who are hurt, and make people unnecessarily comfortable. After what happened, there's no way we could be tracked at this point. These people are hurt, and Asuka is the only one that can help them. Don't interrupt her concentration. I will handle defending this house. We'll be out of your hair soon enough, even if it's just for Lord Hibiki's sake."
Kichaku walked past her once he finished, first walking over to the windows. If left around he'd start inspecting the blinds of the windows, calibrating how much light passed through and the shadows it created until most of the living area was caught in stark light and darkness. Once that was finished, Kichaku walked over to a chair and finally sat back.
"Now, if any enemy comes into this house I will be able to kill them," Kichaku said this with confidence before looking to Zemir, "what happened after I passed out?"

๐€๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ค๐š ๐ˆ๐๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ž: "Would it be possible to also bring some food?" She'd have no issues to relocation, provided there was food- she felt like it had been days since she ate, but Kichaku's statement- or rather, command, in the person's house, made her realize she wasn't moving anywhere and nobody would be bringing food. She let out a very agonized moaning sound after Kichaku sat down, before her shoulders shuddered again and she began sobbing. She was so inexplicably done with today; food, Saburo dying, Zemir turning into a monster, Arata being a cunt. It was just too much, but she had to keep healing Yaban. She just wanted it to be over.

๐™๐ž๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ: He frowned as Isamu placed a hand on his shoulder but nodded along with her anyway "Sure ... Sounds fine" He said in response to her offer to talk later. As Isamu began barking orders only for Kichaku to give his own orders. Zemir would shake his head, both made sense, they needed to be safe but currently Arata and Yaban were in no condition to be moved around. He let out a sigh and slumped down against a wall. At this stage, Kichaku emerged from the bathroom now washed off and looking refreshed. When asked for a rundown, Asuka jumped in and gave the rundown, he pointed to her and nodded "She hit the mark, just look around and you'll get the idea. After you collapsed the hut became swarmed with bugs, once we all got out they were getting covered in them and then I just ... went ... wild. Came too deeper into the forest after I ran out of chakra against Chie, then there was the fire and here we are"

๐ˆ๐ฌ๐š๐ฆ๐ฎ ๐”๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ก๐š: Turning to face Kichaku who choose to pat her upon her shoulder and say he was the one who did all the commanding, he may have not knew who she was and he didnโ€™t seem to care in the slight either. Which was all find. Which, she almost seemed a bit annoyed at the fact he said โ€œHe will defendโ€ the house. Which her reveal of annoyance was a softer smile that she aimed to him. And oh god. He was treating her like a child. So. Once he found himself saying whatever he desired for the moment and walking by, to do whatever.

โ€œThis is true. Others are injured and there will discomfort, however, I will stress reconsidering this, placing them in a safe and secure room, just in case, you cannot handle it, is not the worst idea. However, if you truly believe this is the best course. I will cannot stop you. That is up to the opinions of those assigned with you.โ€ She attempted to be reasonable and as soon as she said these words, she didnโ€™t like the pain of others, but having the thought of them being safe and out of the way seemed ideal. However, she wish they were not here if this situation was truly this bad.

Turning to move down the hallway, she was actually going to head in her room to grab a few things that belonged to her, she was not going to be caught off guard and expected the worst to happen. Sheโ€™ll also make a stop by her fatherโ€™s room to find a sword or something, like that, maybe a wakizashi, father had one of those. Meanwhile, her bird just sat on the floor with everyone else.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: "I'm not saying it again. We're staying here, and I'm not arguing about it," Kichaku said this on parting words about what Isamu thought was best. Where they were now, even though it was closest to the openings of the house they also had more room to move around and places to escape in the case of another attack. But he wasn't going to point all of this out to Isamu just so she could understand, there were more important things at hand.

When Asuka began to cry, Kichaku got up from his seat and moved over to Asuka. He knelt to her level and put his hand around her shoulder. He didn't say anything, he just kind of silently listened and let Zemir finish speaking.

"Asuka," Kichaku gripped her shoulder, "you are a hero. Without your help, a lot of us would've died back there. But your work is not finished yet, just keep working on healing them up. We don't know when the enemy is coming next, nor do we know who they are. If you stop here, only more people are going to get hurt. Keep up the good work."

Kichaku wasn't the best at consoling people, but it was important that Asuka stayed focused on the task for a little longer. Everyone had been through a lot today, and most of these genin in this house would probably never look at the world the same again. But again, these were the only people who could save Konoha from the dark future ahead. Kichaku got back up and sat down in his chair, listening to Zemir's side again. He had heard it over 3 times now, something was wrong with Zemir. At that point, Kichaku finally focused completely on him and began with a simple question.

"What do you mean wild? Like a genjutsu or something like that?"

๐™๐ž๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ: Zemir sighed and pinched his brow, he kept the main details of his unique abilities on the downlow, Hibiki of course knew and by extension so did Isamu, the rest just knew he had anger issues, until now that was. "I ... its hard to explain. I'm unstable. Volatile. I don't know what causes it, maybe its related to my shapeshifting abilities but sometimes i'm just .... consumed by rage, all I want to do is kill anything in sight to just ..." he made a tearing motion like ripping something in half, and for a moment he looked angry at himself "It just happens and I can't control myself, at that point I attack anything in sight because I want to ... because i NEED to i just need to kill things in that stage. Thats what happened earlier ... Its meant to be on the downlow. Only Hibiki knew the full extent, I was kinda meant to be under watchful eye from him"

๐€๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ค๐š ๐ˆ๐๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ž: Asuka jumped when Kichaku put his hand on her shoulder, but she nodded. He was right, she just needed to focus more. This was all she could manage doing, all that she was useful for, so of course she had to keep going. She steeled herself, continuing on the healing process. She couldn't speak; it felt like she'd just cry all the more. It didn't matter if she stopped or kept going, people were going to get hurt and others were going to end up like Saburo regardless.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: As Zemir explained his abilities, Kichaku couldn't help but feel unsettled. Normally, someone like Zemir wouldn't be trained for combat in the first place if they couldn't control themselves. It just went against shinobi code, managing one's emotions was one of the basic rules of being a shinobi. So, there had to be some reason why Zemir was here in the first place. After thinking on it for a second, Kichaku continued to press further on the matter.

"Shape-shifting abilities? Are these abilities you have particularly strong or have some unique trait?"

๐™๐ž๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ: Zemir rubbed the back of his head as he thought about how to better explain the point, if he wasn't so exhausted and afraid of himself he'd just demonstrate the ability right there and then, instead he sighed and tried his best to explain. "So far ... theres two stages. One and Two I guess you'd say. In stage One i can control my actions, i mean ... the desire to just kill or attack things is there but ... I can control myself, I guess its more like, I consider collateral damage to allies fine as long as the enemy is defeated. Its like ... this powerful surge of chakra through my body and then I can do things like change my arm into a sword, create thrusters on my back to move faster or jump further. I mean, i haven't tapped into it much but .... i'd wager its limitless"

๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ž ๐‡๐š๐ซ๐ฎ๐ง๐จ: Chie had been there the entire time, hearing the conversation go from one person to the other. She looked in the direction of whoever that was talking with a blank expression. Then looked over at Arata who seem to have hit the hay. She stepped over and held a hand on his chest, making sure he was still breathing. His breath somewhat out of the normal, so he must have been hit or something that could cause him trouble. But he was still breathing, just, unconcious. Afterwards she turned her focus on the conversation that went on. ''From what I saw when I came across Zemir, he bomked into me then probably reached a limit of some sort? Considering how you just stopped.. and suddenly you went from being armoured up to be, you-you.'' She threw in then looked around for a moment. The girl who lived in this house, what was her name again... Maybe she should ask. Chie stepped away from the group and went down the same path she had seen the new girl walk down. Continuing down, Chie came to the room where she heard someone fumbled around with things then stood near the door. ''Eh- hello! Thank you for your hospitality. What's your name again?'' She quickly bowed then looked up at her.

๐ˆ๐ฌ๐š๐ฆ๐ฎ ๐”๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ก๐š: Rubbing her face with a bit of annoyance, she couldnโ€™t quite identify quite level of annoyance and breathing didnโ€™t seem to be helping. After the few seconds it took her to get properly dressed, get all her gear adjusted to her body, borrowing her fatherโ€™s sword as well, and hopefully keep mother nature away, along with natural selection and her cold of sorts,. She just sat at her desk for a bit, face first into it actually. So as Chie strolled the around the corner to greet, she wouldโ€™ve barely spotted Isamu going face first into her desk as she sat.

Lifting her head, she looked to the voice that spoke up, near her doorway and now in the actual light, there was ivory and there was white, she was in that mix and she was pale. โ€œYou are welcome. However, Isamu Uchiha. Everyone addresses me as daughter of Hibiki before anything else.โ€ She said with a short tone, wiggling out of her chair. โ€œHow can I assist you: did you need something?โ€ She added.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: Kichaku wasn't sure how to take this. He had yet to see these transformations, but from the way the group made it sound it seemed as though Zemir was nearly unstoppable during his rampage. The fact that the former Hokage had to look over Zemir further supported that. After Chie added her own point and went on her way, Kichaku began to think about the inexperience of these genin. Certainly with Zemir in line, even if they knew basic teamwork they'd need to learn how to work around something like him. Even if he was dangerous, so long as that power could be controlled... it could be just what they need to win this in their favor. With 2 assassins down, and their main source of tracking being gone it would be hard to imagine when the next would come. Maybe it wouldn't, and they'd be completely safe. But even if that were the case, they'd still need to follow and find them. Kichaku was in deep thought, as he held his hands together and rested his chin on them.

After about 10 minutes of silence, Kichaku finally breathed a sigh and got up from his chair.

"I'm going to wait for Chie to get back. I just realized you guys haven't heard what happened back in the forest. I'm surprised you two didn't ask me about it, honestly..."

Kichaku would go silent, and look down the corridor waiting for Isamu and Chie to come back.

๐™๐ž๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ: Zemir shrugged "There were more pressing matters at the time" Zemir watched Kichaku as they waited, what did he think of him now? Was he going to try turn him in? He wasn't in a condition to really fight his way out of the house, he sighed and decided to wait it out

๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ž ๐‡๐š๐ซ๐ฎ๐ง๐จ: What a strange thing to see, her face seem to be planted against the surface of the desk. Was something wrong? Maybe she felt stressed out due to them using her home as somewhat of a hideout. ''Oh, nono we're all- well most of us are good. Are you doing good though, you seem a little uncomfortable.'' She asked and looked around the room. After spotting her face-first into the desk, it seemed rather natural to ask her about it. ''If you are ready, we should join the others again, Isamu.'' She took a step away from the door and begun to make her way down the hallway.

๐ˆ๐ฌ๐š๐ฆ๐ฎ ๐”๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ก๐š: Blinking blankly, she guessed Chie saw that. "I am actually not that uncomfortable. I know two out of the lot of you. Yaban and Zemir. I trust those who are with them, as I trust both of them." She stated simply, moving to a stand as she cupped a hand over her mouth and did a soft cough, trying to muzzle it. With that she preceded forward, depsite wanting to be left alone as she was easily annoyed as of late. But she still attempted to be reasonable.

"It would be the best idea." She agreed with Chie, grabbing her headband from her dresser and tying it around her neck as she proceeded outside of her doorway, closing the door and following behind the girl. "Kotashi isn't with Yaban... and now Reihaka is depressed." She murmured, her hues looked down the hallway to see a still songbird and noticed Kichaku. Lovely.

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ: Once Chie and Isamu joined them back at the front of the house, Kichaku moved to a part of the room where everyone could see him.

"Alright, it appears as though we're going to be here for the rest of the day. While we're staying here, I want us all to try and help each other. If you see anyone struggling, or Asuka needs supplies or help of any sorts you help her. If Yaban or Arata need something while they are recovering, you help them. We're a team, and we're supposed to work that way," Kichaku cleared his throat and briefly glanced at Zemir, "It's come to my attention too that Zemir here has an unstable power. He has attacked you or your friends during the attack. Because of the power he possesses... I will be testing all of you to work as a team and specifically in ways that will help you all function together without any chance or repercussion of what happened in the forest. That way even if I go down, you all can continue to work together no matter what the situation demands."

Kichaku took a moment to breath, he didn't speak for a few seconds but knew he had to continue anyway.

"I will be deciding on the appropriate time, sometime later tonight to send Saburล's body home in secret before we hold our own private memorial. I understand he was a good friend to some of you, and he was a true hero to the end. After the memorial ends, I will tell you all our future plans and goals. There's no telling when the third assassin will come, or if he will at all. No matter what, we must find him and capture him before anyone else is hurt by his actions. Considering the events of today, I think we all know now at this point we can't stop here. There's work to be done, we have to save our village. We have to do the job that no one else will that no one else can do. Thank you all for being here, for being strong. The days ahead of us will only be worse, so let's spend this day to relax one final time before we have to steel ourselves against what's to come."

The First Meeting. A Need for Unity!

Everything had been a blur since last night, the horror that Kichaku saw with his own eyes. The taunting. The immediate explosion. Running into flames to grab his brother. Holding on. That was the first thing Kichaku noticed, his fingers just slowly trying to grab something in the air. Shigekiyo wasn't in his arms, this realization and the terror that began to build in Kichaku's heart made his adrenaline begin to kick in. With a flicker of his eyes, he was awake and found himself in a small hospital room. There was a lot of light behind him, it looked to be early morning.

As Kichaku tried his best to focus in, everything seemed and felt blurry. Everything was just abstract, not quite there aside from a particularly strange sensation coming from his head. As shapes finally came into definition and he now tried to actually cling onto whatever was near him. He sluggishly lurched from his bed, falling down trying to brace for the impact with his right arm but instead a nub just slammed straight into the ground. There was no hand, nor anything there. Just a small nub, and as it hit the ground Kichaku yelled in pain as his heart started to race in fear and confusion.

Kichaku felt sick, something was really wrong. Even as he looked down and saw his missing arm, there was something even worse. It was a hint of something worse, his brother was missing and gone. What that meant though, he couldn't think. He dind't want to think about it. There was an effect, but no cause as Kichaku's skewed perspective came into play. He slowly got up from the ground just as a medical-nin came into the room.

"Where is my brother?"

Kichaku asked with a voice filled with resentment and concern in dysfunctional harmony towards the doctor in front of him.

"Mister Kichaku, please calm down; you need to lay back down."

Kichaku screamed, his body tensed up as he could feel anger boiling over staining who he originally was. Like an animal, he carelessly leapt towards the doctor with a hand out ready to strangle the doctor until his heart stopped. Just as he did, two people emerged from different corners of his room ready to stop the deed before it was done.

Later towards the beginning of the afternoon, Kichaku was already leaving the hospital with only the clothes on his back and a broken pair of glasses stuffed in the pocket of his shirt. His eyes were tinged crimson with sorrow, making his eyes look like just one bloody mess as he picked up the pace and ran away. An Anbu agent was walking behind him, trying to talk to him but then Kichaku disappeared with a quick Body Flicker.

Kichaku went along abandoned roads, hid behind trees and shrubs or whatever could cover his path making way towards the 44th Training Grounds. Wherever he couldn't be seen, Kichaku was there and trying to subdue his use of chakra for what he could use. Upon arriving, Kichaku trailed along the fence heading inside the Forest of Death until he found a breach along its northern side. It was only just big enough that a chimp could squeeze through, but Kichaku saw use in this. He grabbed the broken and malleable chain fence and began to slowly pry it apart with his one hand until eventually it could fit something bigger in it.

With a bit of elbow grease, Kichaku wriggled under the fence before getting out on the other side and walking straight into the forest. Following his own directions by heart, he traveled deep within the forest unabided by its own predators. Anybody who followed in the same or a similar way would find that the training ground was mostly abandoned, and there wasn't even anyone around to make sure nothing came in or out of the place.

The shack itself was modest in size, covered in ivy and vines as if to blend in with the forest itself. Inside was a small fridge with nothing inside it, a couple of stray tables and an equivalent amount of chairs to sit or house around 8 people or so. Kichaku was sat down on a dais, head in his hand as he seemed to just be barely making it by.

Climb to Glory!

It was early morning when Zemir awoke in his small cell of a room. Like always his day was to consist of training, but today he felt the odd desire to train with a friend. Since finally being exposed to the feeling of friendship he felt a need to engage it as much as possible in case they decided they didn't like him suddenly.

Dressing into his usual gear; long pants, sandals and a red tank top with his tool pouch strapped around his right leg, Zemir would be ready to go. Looking down at the numerous white scars up his arms he knew just who he wanted to train with.

Before dashing out of the Orphanage, Zemir made a small detour into the kitchen where he stole a raw steak wrapped in butchers paper in a brown paper bag. It took him a while to find his location but soon enough he found Yaban's abode.

Standing outside, Zemir would call out for his friend "Oi! Yaban!" He was still rather crude it seemed "Get out here! Let's train! Or are you too much of a quitter!?" Zemir would cross his arms and wait for the outcome.

Night Attack! Loss of Life!

Two days have passed since the incident in the sewers (read Lost Puppy for more details).

The world suddenly erupted, all of Konoha shook as a wave of energy passed through. A bright red light could be seen through the windows of all who had been so violently torn from their sleep. A quick and hasteful run would reveal a part of Konoha that was on fire. People were already beginning to run in flocks both to and away from the fire, as the ninja of the village answered the call to help while the villagers fled in case of attack.

At the scene of destruction, flames fiendishly lapped up at the buildings around it. An entire house had been blown away, debris and other hazardous objects dangerously flung all across the street. Broken glass littered the ground and each passing step would sound with a sharp crunch, like the snap of a bone.

Few shinobi from the gathering crowd came forth, futilely attempting to douse the flames with their Water Release techniques. The best that was managed was keeping the other houses from lighting up entirely, but even then it continued to spread along the street too close in some places.

Under a smoking pillar and some debris, something began to move around from underneath. It a misshapen figure, bleeding terribly from all sorts of cuts and bruises and having a fair share of splintering wood put into their back. They were holding onto something, younger. As they left the flames and drunkenly fell toward the street, the shadow cast on them became less obvious revealing someone that only just a few people in the crowd could notice.

Kichaku Nara. In his hands was a lifeless young boy. It was Kichaku's younger brother, Shigekiyo. Although anybody that would've known the boy wouldn't be able to tell because of his mutilated features that had look torn and twisted by the violent hand of the devil himself in petty fury. Kichaku didn't look so well himself, and was caked in the dust of the fallen debris and his own blood mixing in with that. What remained of his left arm was a mangled mess hidden beneath as Kichaku tried carrying Shigekiyo before falling down.

He didn't cry, he didn't shed a tear. He didn't scream, nor did he even blink when looking down and seeing the corpse of his younger sibling. He just stared as people surrounded him, trying to help him and his younger brother to the hospital.

To everyone else, this would seem like a random act of violence by chance. Many of the older adults that had been left in the village were cautiously looking around, and some trying to focus their ability into scanning the local area with their sensing techniques. But nothing was there, not even remains of what could have possibly caused the explosion.

However, to a certain 3 others they would know exactly what this was. It was a true attack, one that was likely meant to have killed Kichaku. Tomorrow was the day that they were supposed to bring their friends in and meet up. This was certainly a moment of doubt, but if no one stood up to this then many more would die. The clock was ticking, and now the threat of death would feel more real than ever before.

There he was. That crimson haired badass everybody knew about but nobody wanted to get too familiar with. His eyes sharp and dismissive, as if belonging to the type of royalty that took pleasure in chopping off heads and raising the taxes, constantly darting back and forth between two teenage girls who stood paralyzed in fear. โ€œSo, what was that? You wanted to confess something to me?โ€. All the while spinning a butterfly-knife through his digits, the young Hyuga began to circle around the two girls standing side by side, holding hands, as they shivered in fear of their lives. Since he was the direct inheritor of one of the noble clans, the two clanless thirteen year olds did not dare run or raise their voice. And against a Hyuga, what could they do? Ace suddenly leaned in close to the taller girl who stood out due to her pink pigtails, his face beyond threatening as if a shadow had fallen over it while his smile contorted into an antagonistic sensation of pure ill intent. โ€œYou filthy little worm you. Do you really think someone like me would be interested hmm?โ€. Without so much as a moment of conscious thinking barring him from taking action, he grabbed one of her pigtails and used his knife to cut it clean off before slapping her face with it. โ€œIdiot. Get out of my sight.โ€. She didnโ€™t wait for him to go back on his word as tears streamed down her red face while she clutched her head as if trying to hide the damage and ran away. The other girl, with long straight black hair, only slightly overweight in a sense that most guys would like, thought that she was also free to leave and as such began to make a run for it but before she made two steps she found her left leg kicked out underneath her: leaving her falling face first into the grassy ground of this Training Field number 29; which was known for consisting of nothing but a flat grass field surrounded by 4 yard fence. Her lip was torn open and her knees left bruised as she tried to get up on her knees while crying. But she never got close as he slammed his knee down on her back to press her chest flat against the floor while he crouched, half his weight resting on top of her to anchor her to the ground. โ€œNot yet Chubby. You and me are going to do a bit of training see. I have never used this knife before. And I would like to make you a little bit prettier.โ€

Trying to Break Ground

Perhaps a day or two following Tak and her team kind of hanging out together, cleaning up where she worked, she finally had decided to go home. It was quite early in the morning, about 7am but the Sagaras were all early birds for one reason or another, so everyone was already up and dressed by the time she came in. Naturally, nobody even seemed to care or notice that she had been gone for almost the entire weekend. Tak was only greeted in passing while she grabbed some food sitting out in the kitchen, otherwise she'd have gone completely ignored. That was just fine with her, too. As per usual, her father and older brother were in the great room, discussing politics. Her mother and several of her friends were playing mahjong in the dining room, and her sisters were playing dress up or something girly and stupid. Whatever.

While they all did that, Tak went upstairs to her bedroom to shower and grab some clean clothes. After getting out and changing into a fresh gown, she made a quick trip up to the attic to raid the family heirlooms for more old and broken weapons that she could either salvage or harvest for parts. As she did so, she reflected over her last encounter with some of the other shinobi her age. Yaban and his dog, Kotashi, Prince, Zemir. They were all weird in their own right, and at first glance, she figured she'd hate them all like most of the kids at the academy, but they were actually all right. It almost even felt...nice, having the interaction. It was truthfully quite rare for her to do such, having never had friends growing up, but she found that with those three, she found the experience to be amicable.

Perhaps two hours later, after leaving the house and dropping off her new project spoils at the house, she decided to try something new...

Thankfully, it wasn't that much of a walk or too hard to find, but Tak soon found herself at the Lee residence some several blocks over. After taking a minute to gather her nerves, she timidly knocked on the door, hoping Prince would be home. If either of his parents opened the door, Tak backed up and bowed a bit, asking to speak to their son. But if he himself answered or showed soon after, she waved at him, not smiling but trying to come off as friendly. "Hey...are you... busy?" She asked while dropping her hand. "I thought maybe we could practice...or train." Tak just hoped Prince didn't get mad that she showed up so unexpectedly!

A New Ally?

The forge was a very slow work in progress, but it was coming together very nicely. With a little help from her teammates, Tak had been able to set up shop more efficiently and organize it more to her liking. So for several days after, she worked tirelessly to finish that odachi she had first started when that big village announcement was made. Most smiths sent their weapons out for the final polishing, but not having that luxury to afford, Tak did it herself after affixing a handle from a broken kendo sword and spent the whole day doing it.

After spending another day to rest up and recooperate, she was ready to test out her first solo project. So here she was, out strolling the woods and training grounds, keeping an eye out for a partner or a bamboo thicket. Whichever came first.

It was kind of a dreary day in the village, a little cold for it being the middle of spring. But this didn't stop her from looking around, even as little bits of rain came down here and there. After some minutes of wandering about, Tak found a clearing with a couple trees and an uphill cluster of bamboo that eventually lead into its own patch. She sat down on the largest rock she could spot and with pulling out the long blade, she decided to go over it once more with a sharpening stone. Gradually the gleam and shine was coming through, but at first glance, it looked like a very generic, cheap least until one held it.

Dinner on the House!

Eight hours since his meeting with Asuka, Zemir found himself standing outside the Restaurant where they met just like they agreed. Zemir seemed kinda ratty compared to some of the other patrons going in and out. He was looking pretty ragged after a day of training. His white hair was messy, stained with dirt and only recently dried. He had fresh bandages around his knuckles, red stains disrupting the white fabric.

Soon enough, Zemir would slink back inside, avoiding the gazes of other patrons and taking a seat in an empty booth. He would waste time by twirling the menu around the table. If bothered by someone to order something he would order a basic drink and continue to wait. Hopefully she actually remembered the offer and Zemir wasn't making a fool of himself.

Here Comes the Money

It was mid-day in Konoha, despite the recent changes in the village everything seemed to be proceeding as normal. Despite it being a ninja village, more than half of the village's populace were actually civilians that helped maintain everything so even in such a large absence of shinobi the village still looked full during its most active hours.

Near the center of the village was a large street that poured out into various parts of Konoha and lead straight into some of the village's most popular shops. Saburล Akimichi was just one of the many people travelling down this street, he was wearing his usual attire including a tight-fitting, sapphire track jacket. He had matching track pants and some regular sandals as well as a white t-shirt which could be seen under his unzipped jacket.

Saburล had a brown, paper bag in his left hand filled with fresh vegetables he was bringing back home. Aside from this, he was completely bare of his normal tools including his signature kanabล. Just as he was about to turn a corner, something caught the glint of his eye. A small stack of ryล was sitting on the corner, it wasn't that large but it had to be at least 400 ryล. That was enough for a good dinner from any of Konoha's exquisite restaurants!

Seeing this as a token of good fortune, Saburล instantly let off a pleasant smile and turned his head upward. Today was going to be a better day with this money, and he knew just how he wanted to spend it! With a bit of pep in his stroll, Saburล waltzed over to the corner with a pleased expression before leaning over to grab the money. If nothing stopped him, he'd delicately pick up the money and pocket it. Perhaps fate had other things in mind for him though...

Asuka wasn't really prone to not working. In fact, despite her status as a shinobi she didn't take on as many missions as she worked day and night to really support her mother so she wasn't too prone to having days off. She was in one of the back alleys in Konoha, her uniform slightly larger than her size. Being a waitress in the mornings was a bit much because she really took on as many of the tasks as possible in hopes of a raise- what she was doing right now was simply transferring the stacks of boxes outside inside, but having a bit of trouble. Her strength wasn't up to par and she was clearly wobbling around under the weight of the boxes she held.

She staggered to the right, and then to the left, and then tipped over, splashing into a puddle. The crate burst open on the ground and she let out a sharp hiss as a sharp piece of wood cut into her leg, the blood seeping into the puddle and turning it red. It was a semi-deep cut, something that would surely take some time to heal- she could feel the pain course through her leg like an aggressive heat. Dragging her leg out and making the few handsigns required for the only healing technique she knew, the ball of light surrounded her with a tingling, soothing light that while did not halt the pain, it did make it feel slightly more bearable. It was pretty early in the morning and surely enough right about now most would be waking for the day- a thin mist would settle on the ground, 1-2ft up, not enough to hide anything except your ankles as it sometimes does in the early morning.

D-rank Work at the farm?!

The day had come, finally, a mission which was of equivalent ranking had arrived to be given to 3 genin, a D rank to be exact. More than likely during the night an envelope would be delivered to Akushin, Zemir, and Mitsuko. The envelope contained contents that spoke of a mission and that they were selected to take it. After all, it was vital to the resources to Konoha, one they opened the envelope the note would contain the words:

โ€œYou three have been selected to head north of the land of fire, doing so you will come across some country fields and upon those fields, there will be a farmer in which will inform you on what you need to do. Remember you will be near the forest so donโ€™t wander off too far, this is to ensure our crop fields are secure and safe from any dangers from wild animals. YOU MUST listen to the head farmer at all times as well as show him respect when you are there. You three obviously donโ€™t need a Jounin, make sure to meet up at the Konoha north gate at 8 am sharp, good luck.โ€

Added to the side was the location the note came from as it obviously came from higher up aka the assignment desk of Konoha mission board. With that, the next day passing over the sun came up and shined brightly on the houses which lived by the sacred tree of Konoha. This would easily wake everyone up and this would be a somewhat signal to the Genin to wake up and start getting ready. Today they would be traveling to take care of a D rank mission alone, it would obviously be weird to take on this task with Jounin, but they were expected to be on their best behavior after all the head farmer had ways to contact Jobin. That being said the mission had been activated and now the respondents needed to show up. Once they all met up and left for the farm, the head farmer would be waiting for them by his house, his legs kicked up on the wooden rail of the frame of his porch. He was obviously barefooted and looked retro as hell. He even had a trucker hat for christ sake! But the question was would they be able to get here quick? Even meet up on time?

Wild child!

Not long after Hibiki Uchiha announced that pretty much much every jounin was headed off on an important assignment, Zemir had reached the third training ground. Finding it to be empty at this hour was a relief, most of the other people seemed to have headed home after the announcement. Pleased with the revelation that he was the only one here, Zemir began to stretch himself out, doing a couple of laps of the field to get blood flowing and wake himself.

Zemir was a peculiar looking kid, he had dark skin contrasted by snow white hair and Crystal blue eyes. He was taller than the average for his age with larger muscle mass than most. Currently barefooted and wearing shorts and loose fitted shirt he looked like a bit of a mess.

Now fully stretched and awake Zemir would look around. With no guidance from Hibiki he was quite stumped on what to do. He knew however, that he wanted to avoid using his unique abilities in case he went wild without his mentor.

D-rank: Lost Puppy

While most of the village's shinobi have been gathered up for the Emergency Meeting, there are still a few (including yourselves) that are helping maintain the order. You genin have been randomly selected to help find a young boy's pup. You are expected to arrive at the Mission Assignment this morning to receive details on the mission.

Like everyone else, you've been awoken by the bell for the emergency meeting. But at each doorstep is a personal message delivered by courier-nin alerting you all to gather at the Assignment Desk.

Sudden Change! We March West!

Most of Konoha was still covered in shadow, everything was dim and quiet over the umbrella of sleep that the village was under. Somewhere, deep within the village, at the Jลnin Standby Station the last few men standing station at the Sensory Division were hard at work making sure the sensing barrier across Konoha was at full work. They were gathered in a circle, all in clandenstine clothing. A lone falcon dived down into the village, despite the Sensory Divison not even being within sight of the Aviary one of its members briefly lifted an eyebrow at the falcon's entrance before falling back down.

Like the tired champion Susano-o rising above the slain Orochi, the sun began to rise over the world. As its light dawned upon this small world, the shadows reluctantly took their leave. During this turn between day and night, somewhere hidden within the leaves of the Konoha Tree a young man hurridly made his way to the top using chakra to guide himself above. Just as he reached up top, the boy stopped taking just a second to look at a giant, golden bell hidden away from the entire world. Before it was a small pedestal, one which had a small indentation just large enough for a regular hand to fit on. The boy's fingers curled in, but he pushed himself ahead anyway forcing his hand to straighten out as he pressed it to the pedestal.

Sluggishly, something began to rise from the sides of the pedestal. Vines, with long thorns embedded into their sides. They writhed like snakes, cutting open the man's hand in multiple areas while quickly fastening down and preventing any form of escape at this point. The man cringed in pain and winced with each laceration, before briefly yelling as the thorns suddenly turned and dug straight into his palms making blood pool into the indentation. As it continued to pour out however, interestingly enough it kept disappearing. Sinking into the wood like water does to a sponge, only further reddening the indentation of the pdestal.

The tree shuddered and groaned as things within began to move around, like a sigh of relief as the wood beneath the bell began suddenly shift and turn as a great mallet rose from it before beginning to churn back and forth and ultimately swinging into the sides of a bell. The loud and clear sound of the bell being rung sounded throughout the entirety of Konoha and even outside of it. It was loud enough to wake even Hibiki and Isamu who lived some distance outside of Konoha. Things began to stire and move between the shadows, some weren't noticeable while others were but blurs. All headed to the Hokage Office.

Everyone in this village knew, even since they were young and in the Academy, about the alarm system in Konoha and what it meant. A single, yet repetitive chime signified a type of approaching emergency and an immediate meeting at the Hokage's Office.

Within a matter of minutes, the meeting room at the Hokage's palace was filled to the brim with the jลnin and tokujล alike. Meanwhile the outside more slowly pooled with chลซnin and genin who would have to wait on the news.

Back within the meeting room, standing at the long table within the center of the room the current Hokage stood at the center of it all. His sharp eyes observed the entirety of the room, he didn't seem pleased at all with his current circumstance. There was a buzz about the room as hurried whispers were puzzled about the nature of this room, while certain others had content expressions knowing what was to come.

"At ease, shinobi. We don't have much time; let's start this meeting."

Jobin pressed his hands on the table, underneath his fingers were files upon files of document and close by a special scarlet envelope with a broken seal.

"Just 20 minutes prior, we recieved an official statement from the capital. An attempt on the Wind Daimyล's life was made last night as a series of attacks were made across the Land of Wind. Suna ninja have been dispatched to handle the situation, but due to unforseen circumstances have been met with an overwhelming amount of resistance. This is believed to be a coordinated attack on the Land of Wind, by a rebel faction. Due to our concord after the First Shinobi World War, as the allies of the Land of Wind we will help with the ongoing insurrections until they are quelled. This will require the assistance of most of the village's ready resources, lead by Jลnin Commander Hibiki Uchiha.

Those who will remain in the village including our genin populace include reserves of the Anbu, Tokujล, and some chลซnin. The rest will be gathering from outside Konoha's West Gate where all essential supplies have been sealed into easily transportable loads. Jลnin are hereby dismissed for departure."

As quick as they were there, the jลnin within the room were gone. The only remaining one was Hibiki Uchiha who had been staring at Jobin the entire time. With an expression of worry and concern, the old man took his leave from the table heading outside to greet the masses while Jobin stayed inside to supervise over the call out of the tokujล who would and wouldn't be going on this mass mission.

"Good morning, everyone," Hibiki said as he approached the onlookers who had been waiting for the news, "I regret to inform you all that today there will be some great changes. All of your jลnin who you report to will be heading out on an important mission outside of the village to help protect our allies. But do not worry! There are still many strong people who will protect the village in our absence, even Lord Jobin himself will help with this while myself and our soldiers will be heading out."

Hibiki said this with some pleasantness, trying to reassure the young teens and kids before him that things were going to be fine.

"Until then, you are all expected to continue your regular duties including training, helping your fellow villager, and even missions. During this time all further missions will be specially ordered by those who work at the Assignment Board. We expect all of you to be on your best behavior and help each other out during this time. It is our mission as shinobi to protect the people we love and the things we stand for, as that applies for us while we're heading out on our mission the same goes for you all. We will be returning within a few weeks. Let the Will of Fire burn strong!"

Hibiki disappeared at his last word, like a ghost as other tokujล walked out in his place and began to do call outs for the chลซnin who would be heading out on this mass mission.

((All forms of roleplaying are now open, and everyone can intermingle with each other as they please. Keep in mind all jลnin will be missing until further events continue and the prior mentioned riots are quelled so normal team meetings are impossible to currently do. Please feel free to respond to this in a post, although I will remind everyone that it is optional. The only people who are not allowed to post into this are Arata Hideyoshi [Andi], Asuke Idante [Mickey], and Chie Haruno [Emi] since their characters will be absent from the meeting for IC reasons.))

Yaban and Ace: A Headstrong Collision or Will and Fury

SokeKujo: The day was as regular as it could be, the sun was out and shining brighting. The time was about 2 pm in the afternoon, which was somewhat recognized as the sunโ€™s peak. Underneath this ball of flames which hung in the sky was a boy of about 13 years of age. His hair was a muddy brown as his white headband kept his hair in place so it wouldnโ€™t fall over his forehead. His eyes also consisted of a dark brown complexion which simply fit his attire. He donned his regular attire, it being a leatherish kind of jacket along with his original shinobi attire. His jacket would be open, and underneath would be a regular black T-shirt that fit with his entire style. His shinobi headband how ever would be located on his waist as he wore it like a belt of some sort. Not to mention he also had red fang painting marks on his face, this boy was known as Yaban. Yaban was a boy who came from the Inuzuka clan, but was known as their โ€˜goldenโ€™ child. Leading to why he gained such a egotistical attitude over the years of growing up. He is loyal to those he care about, but his wants and needs usually come over others feelings making Yaban self centered in many cases. But that was beside the point, Yaban had been strolling through the village minding his business as he wanted to go for a walk. On top of his head was a husky/wolf which consisted of dark blue fur on the top section of his body as the bottom was purely white as snow. His dog was known as Kotashi, but Yaban usually called him Tashi. Both of them were extremely tight in fact some called them inseparable. Kotashi was merely sleeping on his head as Yaban walked about effortlessly enjoying the beautiful weather. After an hour of traveling he reached a special place he enjoyed visiting during times like this. The place was a river just off the east side of the village, about 30 minutes out. Yaban would travel in that direction and when he did arrive he lowered Kotashi which then followed to run into the water and bathe inside of it. Yaban simply sat under some shade and decided to relax, personally he wanted to give Kotashi time to enjoy himself and run about freely. This being the perfect time for Kotashi to do such a thing. But Yaban kept fully awake as he watched from the shade below the tree he sat underneath. Kotashi would randomly bark to attempt and get Yabanโ€™s attention as he wanted him to play, but at the moment Yaban was enjoying the weather and relaxing, maybe in the next 15 minutes Yaban would play with Kotashi.

โ€œGarbage.โ€. A rebellious teen strolled down the many roads between the Hyuga clan compound and the Konoha gates. His fingers nestled in crimson locks fashioned in messy spikes some of which loomed over the corners of his large slanted eyes. The smug expression on his face not changing one bit as he kicked a trash can into a group of stray cats who barely managed to scatter to safety before being squashed by the heavy metal canister. Some civilians walking by glanced over somewhat surprised given the hostile youth continued to cuss at seemingly everything and everything before suddenly turning his violent gaze upon a guy walking around with a... dog on his head? โ€œThe actual...?โ€ Ace's full eyebrows began to twitch in annoyance, as did his fingers which felt the need to grab a rock and sent that makeshift-fur hat flying off into the abyss. What was up with these Inuzuka anyway? Like dogs? Really? Ace never remembered seeing any of them in action but couldn't imagine anything noteworthy. The Hyuga sighed in frustration and shook his head while following after the other from a suspicious distance; only glancing ever so often. Before finally ending up at a river some minutes after the Inuzuka. Ace didn't waste much time now they were pretty much alone. Standing in between the boy sitting at the tree and the sun so that his shadow fell over the other. His threat immediate, uncalled for, and backed up by a wicked smile? โ€œAren't you just a dog yourself?โ€, before crouching into a punch aimed to slam down into the Inuzuka's forehead. If it missed, the force chakra that accompanied the blow would become evident as the bark of the tree trunk was left cracked in a football-sized circle of impact, without it actually hitting the trunk; his fist stopping several inches before actual physical contact with the tree. Whatever this guy was using was no ordinary means of the gentle first. But it was made clear which clan he hailed from due to the veins buldging around his eyes that suddenly turned white. โ€œByakugan.โ€

SokeKujo: Yaban was minding his business, he was seated watching Kotashi play with water. Though as stated he always kept his guard up. In fact when he was walking here, he felt like someone was watching him, looking back a few times before reaching the river which ended up revealing no one. Though that uneasy feeling in of itself, was enough to keep Yaban on his toes at all times. Kotashi being some distance, but mostly near the shore of the river would still be within range to notice anything funny. In fact Kotashiโ€™s sense of smell had picked up on someone else when they reached out here, but he just played it off as he thought Yaban noticed, after all Yaban was watching his back for some reason during their transition here. This gave Kotashi enough reason to keep his own guard up, which is why he played near the shore of the river. With the new figure coming to light and talking, Kotashi would be the first to notice before his speech. He had turned just at the right time to notice him near Yaban. The other individual would talk and simply insulted Yaban which slightly annoyed him. The moment he made that comment Yaban knew he wasnโ€™t here to be friends. Yaban could just feel his skin itching as this boy meant business to a certain extent. Keeping his guard up, Yaban noticed the swift crouch he performed, in that moment Yaban wasted no time, tilting his bodies weight towards the right side. When doing so his body would aim to lay sideways on the ground, but instead of staying in that position as he did this to avoid the punch to his head, he followed and moved his left leg with swiftness. In that second his left leg would swing forward with not much momentum, but enough to completely throw Ace off balance. The aim of where the leg aimed to hit was his ankle/calve. Since Ace was crouched trying to punch Yaban he wouldnโ€™t see this coming at all. Yaban didnโ€™t really have time to respond to his comment as he surely would address it after he had gained a more comfortable position to continue this conflict. Had his sweep kick landed Ace would be on his ass as Kotashi stood at a distance, his canines showing themselves as he started to growl ferociously. If Ace heard it, he would be able to tell Kotashi already hated him and that things were about to get heated. Had his counter worked and saved him from being punched in the forehead, Yaban would follow with continuing that momentum and leaped off the ground by using his upper body strength to push off the ground. This being done after the sweep, as he turned his body to face the ground and pushed off it shortly after. By the time Yaban landed on the solid ground with both feet, Ace would more than likely be rising back up, had all these actions transpired, Yaban would finally respond to this loser and said โ€œI donโ€™t know who the fuck you are, but you are pitiful. Not to mention those stupid white eyes of yours annoy the fuck outta me.โ€ Yaban had a potty mouth and it was surely going to show after today. If everything went down according to plan, Yaban would land next to Kotashi which was growling ready for combat, his distance from Ace being about 5-6 feet as he stood there, his brown eyes locked on the Hyuuga as he was heated up and ready to go now.

The Inuzuka had reacted more swiftly than the arrogant Hyuga had expected and before he know it he was sweeped off his feet. But instead of falling onto his ass he threw his legs up further and leaned down with his torso, planting one hand onto the ground for leverage before tilting over the other way to land on his feet albeit with a bruise on the side of his right ankle. There was a painful grimace which flashed over the bullyโ€™s features as he balled both fists and watched the pair standing one and a half yards away, the Byakugan taking in both their bodies, the unique looking dog standing on the right of its owner to Aceโ€™s perspective as he could clearly their chakra network, and any fluctuations which may occur therein. One thing which was noted was that the dog had much more chakra than a normal pet dog, almost as if it was a shinobi? Still, Ace felt confident walking the short distance to the others almost casually, both fists still clenched at his sides as he cocked his neck left and right before suddenly snapping into action as he planted his foot down halfway his last step, unexpectedly and fast, while punching with one fist, his left, thatโ€™d stop half a ft in front of the dead center of the Inuzukaโ€™s chest; apparently missing the target completely. But with the punch came a thrust of reddish chakra that propelled forth like a hand-sized shockwave of concussive force that aimed to slam into the other with enough force to slide him back on his feet for a yard of so and knock the air out of his lungs. If successful, Ace pushed off his rear foot for a quick gap-closer to only be inches apart from the pushed-back Inuzuka before he aimed to slam his forehead into that of the opponent and then aiming to grab him by the collar with one hand while aiming several poundings to the head with the other (right) that werenโ€™t accompanied by any chakra thrusts, only by average genin strength and too much pent-up anger. โ€œCโ€™mon! Bark for me boy!โ€ Unfortunately, this left Aceโ€™s right side exposed to the Canine that surely wouldnโ€™t sit by and watch if things had gotten this far.

SokeKujo: Yaban stood still he had dodged his opponents attack, but at the same time had counter, his opponent had regained his balance relatively quick. With both of them standing off against each other, Kotashi was ready to fight at a moments notice. Yaban stood there staring at the enemy trying to figure out what the hell was his problem. That's when something unexpected happened, the boy started walking casually forward. As he swung a fist forward and out of nowhere Yaban noticed a red chakra burst come from it. Not much he could do since the distance between the two was not much. His chest would be hit hard as a burning sensation would overcome him since he couldnโ€™t breathe. He would be pushed back about a yard, following behind him was the same fellow who did this to him as he decided to actually head but him. But even during the struggle for breathe the Inuzuka pressed forth to force himself to make a next move without that break. Though it wasnโ€™t really a counter, all he did was make a simple hand gesture which was cut short by the headbut. But Kotashi had noted the hand gesture and knew what to do. With Ace completely focused on Yaban and actually beating him up, Kotashi had the free chance to actually hit him. Ace then grabbed Yaban by his Collar and started whaling on him. Fist after fist as he was kept in place, the only reason Yaban wasnโ€™t able to respond was because he was aired out and was desperately trying to catch a breath. But that's when Kotashi came to the rescue, during the Aceโ€™s little rage, even with his byakugan he wouldnโ€™t expect this as he disregarded the ninken even if he had the chakra level of a human. Kotashi easily started hustling and running towards the direction Ace was located. Doing so Kotashi jumped into the air and utilized his own chakra to literally spin viciously and towards Aceโ€™s right side, specifically the side which Yaban was being beaten by. In seconds if Ace didnโ€™t do something quick he would find himself being slammed by a powerful vicious cyclone like force from his right side. This would easily shred several parts of his skin and as well deliver many bruises, not to mention send him flying into the distance saving Yaban from any more harm. If this was successful the next person on the ground would be Ace, more than likely he would be in severe pain as he would of received lacerations from this attack. Tashi was very protective of his owner and the way Ace was man handling Yaban only triggered this response. Yaban had several swellings on his face as well as a part of his forehead was busted open dropping some blood. If Ace was off of Yaban, Yaban would come back to his feet a bit wobbly as his breathing had returned. He felt off but he was still surely up to continue fighting, though it would mostly be based off adrenaline. If Ace made indications of getting back up, Yaban would smile and as he pushed chakra throughout his whole body, this resulted in Yaban entering a more โ€˜savageโ€™ fighting style as he ended up getting on all fours. His abilities had increased in terms of speed, senses, durability, and strength making him a force to be reckoned with. But he would only enter this form if Ace got back up from that blind side attack. His Byakugan might of been able to see it, but the question was did he have enough time to respond? If Ace was down or even if he got up and he entered this form, Yaban would say โ€œYou got some nerve pussy, now i'm really gonna whoop your ass.โ€ He said this but remained in place ready to being the battle, all that could be said was that if Ace was in for a battle if he thought he was going to do that and get away.

Pound after relentless pound bashed into increasingly bruised skin and the cuts that have formed along with them, leaving Aceโ€™s fists reddened from his own blood and that of the Inuzaka while his eyes were spread open wide, mouth twisted in a grin of malevolence, as if these were the moments wherein the crimson-haired teenager was really alive. โ€œDO IT DOG! BARK FOR ME! HAHAHA.โ€ There was something psychotic within his voice, a hunger only fed by the dismay of others that could never truly โ€˜fillโ€™ the Hyuga heir who was on the brink of causing the downfall of his withered clan. But to Ace, this was normal. This was life. To follow the impulse however disgusted other might react to it. To him, this was the only way of being true to himself. Luckily the Genin didnโ€™t have much physical strength to boot otherwise the results could have been far more disastrous before something suddenly smashed and tore into Ace with enough power to send him flying off while his body spun around as if cartwheeling involuntarily in midair. His Byakugan had noticed the build up of chakra within the Canine and the intentful charge that followed, but Ace, in his โ€˜bloodlustโ€™, only had eyes for the Inuzukaโ€™s swollen face. As such he was never able to react to the makeshift drill that left his right side bleeding from the many places where his clothing was torn and his skin was left cut open and bleeding. Aceโ€™s white hues overtaken by surprise before he slammed into the ground, bruising his left hip and shoulder, and skidded a few yards before coming to a crouching halt on his forefeet and the hooked fingertips of his left hand digging through the dirt. โ€œYou filthy dogsโ€ฆ.โ€ With his red locks having fallen over his face, the Hyugaโ€™s eyes and upper facial features were taken from sight. His mouth however, was still seen, and what it showed wasnโ€™t pretty to behold. Teeth showing in menacing fashion, blood dripping from the lower lip, before letting loose a growl of such animalistic nature that the fierce Canine would surely notice. Which suddenly stopped, as if the boy switched personalities on the spot when his lips closed and formed a sickening smile that was followed by a deep chuckle of such vileness that it could almost be tasted in the air. He got up to his feet, spreading and closing the bloody fingers of his right hand which happened slower than normal. Aside from damaging his own knuckles, the Husky had left his arm bruised with such impact that the biceps were still screaming with pain and needed some time to recuperate. Which for a normal person might mean โ€˜take it easy.โ€™ But not Ace. He didnโ€™t waste a second in again walking forward at that same casual pace, his right arm loosely hanging at his side while the left raised and beckoned for the Inuzuka to โ€˜come and get itโ€™, only then noting the shift in the opponents posture which had become much more feral. Furthermore, Ace, thanks to the Byakugan, could see that chakra was running to all of the Inuzukaโ€™s limbs which meant that the change of stance wasnโ€™t just for show.

SokeKujo: Yaban had been beaten across the face successfully, but it wasnโ€™t anything that Yaban couldnโ€™t shrug off. The beating he received was shortened regardless as his companion Kotashi came to the rescue in hitting Ace from the side. With Ace flying away from Yaban, Kotashi had ensured damage upon the enemy. Aceโ€™s words earlier annoyed Yaban, but since he was being literally beaten, and was gasping for air it was near impossible for Yaban to respond. But once it was stopped, Yaban was going to ensure a response to his slurs and insults soon, once Yaban lifted to his feet and got into position, it seemed Ace had gotten back up. The chakra going through his body would have activated the Four legs technique. This increased his physical capabilities, along with his senses. So when โ€˜Aceโ€™ had finally lifted from the ground Yaban let out a Wolf like Howl. This would easily echo between them as Kotashi did the same as a follow-up. Regardless of what Ace did, he was surely going to fail in comparison to Yaban when it came to speed now. The howling only happened shortly as Kotashi only followed up, he didnโ€™t do it at the same time as Yaban. Though Kotashi would have landed about half of the distance he had sent Ace. In other words, Kotashi was in the middle of Yaban and Ace. When Ace made the implication to come, practically โ€˜teasingโ€™ Yaban, he would soon more than likely end up regretting it. Though the Byakugan was a problem as it enhanced Aceโ€™s perception, the problem was Ace more than likely would need the speed and body to react. That being said Yaban acted first and decided to make the first move. If it was any other normal individual, the speed at which Yaban was about to enter would be impossible to keep up with if not trained properly, or if the individual was leagues stronger than Yaban. But that was beside the point, Yaban had decided to move out and from doing so his body moved so quickly that his body would have seemed to โ€˜flicker.โ€™ but it wasnโ€™t as Yaban had easily moved with such speed and precision towards the right side. Kotashi would mirror Yabanโ€™s movements as he ran left, with both Yaban and Tashi on the move, it would be hard for Ace to actually respond to their combined attack. Yaban was angry as hell and he wasnโ€™t going to hold back on Ace, in fact, he was going to make him scream if he got him on the ground and unable to move. All Yaban had to do was beat him to the ground than making him remember who was the king in the jungle. That being said with their transition towards Ace, Yaban made the first move and entered a furious spin, to which Kotashi responded by doing the exact same. Both of which aimed to hit Ace from different angles. Kotashi was trying to hit Ace from his right side, and Yaban was trying to hit him from the upper left side. The angle was perfect enough to avoid both Kotashi and Yaban from actually clashing as Yaban went for the first move. This technique was known as Fang passing fang, which involves Yaban and Kotashi using the Jutsu. If Yabanโ€™s part of the attack was successful, Ace would be hit from above, the attack particularly aiming to hit him diagonally against the shoulder blade. This was mostly to incapacitate him and shred his arm with the vicious drill-like attack he used. If it fully landed the chances of Ace being slammed into the ground and literally shredded would be highly possible as the force and momentum Yaban was moving at were high. If it did, Kotashi would follow and strike the other arm, particularly where he had been harmed already. This was an attempt to land almost triple the damage, but of course, this was a mere attempt. The question that remained was how would Ace respond to these two vicious attacks incoming? With a bruised ankle and a battered body, it was pretty hard for someone like Ace to have an actual response. If he did, Yaban would surely be impressed, but if not Yaban would feel no mercy of the pain he was inflicting. After all, Ace should have never tested a wolf raised an

He was fastโ€ฆ no. Not just fast. This was something else entirely. Aceโ€™s Byakugan could see chakra flaring through the opponents limbs in that short moment where the Inuzuka made a turn to flank Ace; even the Dojutsu couldnโ€™t properly keep up with that animalistic speed during the moments when the wolf-boy ran in a straight line. As such he was left with flickering images and guess-work, still less than an apprentice when it came to the usage of his Dojutsu. But that was all he needed to do somethingโ€ฆ something rather risky. The way he liked it. He stopped walking and spread his stance so there was half a yard of space between his feet as his left palm aligned in front of his solar plexus; fingers pointed up to the sky and the back of his thumb facing his chest as if in prayer using only one hand. A vile look on his face as both opponents came out of their turn in the shapes of spiralling drills of death and destruction that made the winds howl as loudly as they had before, but like before Ace gave no reaction other than that filthy smug look on his face. His eyes staring dead ahead into the nothingness while the Byakugan kept track of both the Inuzuka and his animal companion as they performed their technique. It wasnโ€™t possible to discern exactly how much chakra was used by the enemy but Ace had a good idea regarding their trajectory and could see that their bodies made up these drills. He wasnโ€™t as fast as the Inuzuka but he had the vision to prepare himself so that when the moment came his limbs were already in motion. Ace crouched and leaned into the right as a thrust of force shot out from all around his body, having crouched just before both drills would hit him, Yaban would be left flying overhead. Now the the range of the Inuzuka's spinning assault would still have torn through Ace were it not for the fact that the One Body Blow had send a vaguely reddish shockwave out from the Hyuga's body which held enough force to act as an invisible barrier between the Inuzuka and Ace which would actually push the Inuzuka upwards somewhat. At the same time, Ace's damaged side was leaning straight into the Animal that was also faced with the shockwave of chakra expanding from Ace's form. This couldn't stop the head-on drill but slowed it down a little before it'd break through and hit Ace, but not as intended. During that time where the One Body Blow slowed down the Dog, Ace's left palm, the inside of which was already facing Kotashi, had shot forward in a straight line made available thanks to the Byakugan which showed Ace exactly where the Dog's head was to go and smash straight onto the Canine's nose. Now the nose was one of the most sensitive parts of a Dog, which Ace, being a regular animal bully, knew all too well. And the fact that Ace's assault came paired with another release of red chakra such as when he knocked the air out of the Inuzuka's lungs without making physical contact. This time it'd be both the chakra and the physical palm strike, combining for a great deal of force that relentlessly aimed to crash into the Canine's nose with near-breaking force. With there only having minimal space, collision was sure to happen as Ace struck for the weak point of the Dog, which would be the weak point of the drill and forcefully bring it to a painful halt that still managed to leave the center of Ace's palm bleeding even though the Dog had been previously hampered by the one body blow, neither being pushed back. Then a flash of violence shot over the Hyuga's face as he used the brutal moment to swing his right arm around the Dog's neck and aim to choke it all the while he stood up; turning slightly to fully face the direction where the Inuzaka had landed/was headed. Even though his right arm was damaged, it formed an solid prison especially when his left arm pressed the right against his chest to tighten and intensify the choking effect on the Dog most likely still in screaming pain. โ€œGive up. Or I'm breaking his neck. Or perhaps suffocation... Hmm. What will it be?โ€ The psychotic look on Ace's face made it look like he enjoyed this even more than actual combat, this thing called mental torture. He then squeezed a bit tighter to make clear he wasn't bluffing.

SokeKujo: Everything happened so swiftly for Ace, Yaban and Kotashi had attempted to strike Ace from both sides, but somehow the boy had a response. In fact, Yaban was surprised, but with his drill-like movement, it was hard to see what was actually going on. This was one of the defects from this technique as later on it would be mastered, but right now it was going Yaban some trouble as he was still new to using it. But surprisingly Ace countered with an invisible force field which blocked Yaban and Kotashi from hitting Ace. Ace had then followed up to strike Kotashi on the nose which actually slowed his attack down, this gave him the chance to actually counter at least Kotashi. Though even during a time like this, this moment exactly was the moment Yaban needed. Since Aceโ€™s mind was shifting to focus on grasping Kotashi, this might of meant his focus was a bit fuzzier than him focusing on blocking primarily. Though Aceโ€™s counter had successfully โ€˜slightlyโ€™ pushed Yaban up, but it didnโ€™t slow him down. This was because the boy was drilling through the air, so that alone made it a giant problem. Not to mention, Yaban was infused with the four-legged technique which made this attack that much more potent in ferocity. This attack was known to break through solid stone, so an attack like this would only serve useful for a few seconds before it would be broken through. Yaban noticed the collision and at that moment he pumped more chakra from his body and increased his speed. Ace wouldnโ€™t have expected this as he would anticipate Yaban to stop for a second, but instead, he decided to be more aggressive with it. The second he had successfully placed his hand around Tashiโ€™s neck, more than likely Yaban would break through his attack as his savage attack would more than likely go through and hit him straight on. His threat wouldnโ€™t really get a chance to come out if this had successfully happened. This would more than likely result in the same damage as before, Ace would receive another savagely torn arm, along with him being grinded into the ground with pure ferocity. This would more than likely result in Kotashi being released as a cry could be heard on his end. His nose had been struck which was extremely sensitive to the pup. Yaban would continue to drill on Ace until he was completely done, if this was entirely successful, there would be no way Ace could get back up from that. Even so Yaban would stop after some time and stood over him looking down at Ace. He was angry, especially when he found out the condition of Tashi. If Ace was down and unable to continue fighting, Yaban would literally start to kick his side consistently with great force. This was a form of torture to make him learn his place as he picked the wrong guy to fuck with today. But this was purely dependent on Yabanโ€™s attack landing successfully. It had surely stopped Yaban for sometime, even lifted him upwards slightly. But it only encouraged him to push hard and come down with more force. This would prove to Ace as a miscalculation as Yaban wasnโ€™t going to hold back not even for a second.

Luckily the Byakugan was ever aware of what was happening around Ace in a 360 degree radius, as such he also noticed the build up of chakra in the Inuzuka who viciously drilled downwards diagonally; through the earlier produced shock wave. This led the Hyuga to act quickly and logically as his palm strike had connected and he wrapped his arm around the Dog's neck. Seeing what the opponent was doing led Ace to not only jump forwards, going with the direction of his previous lean, the moment he noticed the build up of chakra. Not only that, he added boost a thrust of chakra released from the soles of his feet to speed himself up with a quick burst of speed. The dash didn't take him further than two yards but that was all he needed. The Inuzuka would be left crashing into the ground after the outer part of the spiralling mass had left Ace's back covered in abrasions and shallow cuts before the Hyuga managed to fully clear himself from the danger. He came to a grinding halt and turned around repeating the earlier threat of murdering the Dog were the other not to surrender. With his arm locked around the dog's neck, and the other tightening the grip to near-breaking levels for the pup's bone structure which would've been far larger and stronger were the Dog matured, choking the poor animal with a tight grip. He then slowly walked closer to the Inuzuka. โ€œAs long as a dog relies on another dog, he will always be a weak dog.โ€ And aimed to kick the Inuzuka straight in the stomach before following up with a low kick aimed to hit the side of the opponents ankle to sweep him off his one leg. And then following up with a final sideways kick to send the Inuzuka falling to the floor all the while, at any point, the slightest resistance in the opponent would lead Ace to instantly snap the Dog's neck. If the Inuzuka was sent down to the ground Ace would step right in front of him before turning to the river and throwing the Dog, by now most likely unconscious or at least starving for air. If the opponent would run after the Dog as expected, Ace would aim to trip him by hooking a leg which would send the Inuzuka falling flat on the ground moments before the dog would hit the water, adding insult to injury quite literally. Which would make saving the pup a race against time as Ace walked off bloodied and wickedly grinning. โ€œI can't wait to see you again.โ€

SokeKujo: Yaban had missed his target and hit the ground with vicious force, since he was blinded by his savage enhancements, he hit the ground with a drilling impact that easily left a mark on the ground. But once he came out he realized what was actually going on as he stood in place silently listening to the โ€˜cowardโ€™ Ace truly was. Threatening to kill Yabanโ€™s partner was a big no in his book, but for now there was nothing he could do but bite the bullet. Yaban heard this sick boyโ€™s mind spill threw words as he mentioned that any move would involve the death of Kotashi. It was obvious Yabanโ€™s attack was still successful to a large extent, but it had missed it's full impact to avoid this entire problem from happening. When Ace mentioned that a dog who relies on another dog is a weak dog, Yaban replied in a angry tone โ€œTalks the coward using my companion to beat me.โ€ Yaban was 100% right, Ace was a pathetic excuse for a shinobi and personally if it wasnโ€™t for this predicament Yaban would of literally killed Ace without a second shred of emotion. But since Ace had gotten the upper hand on Yaban he had to sit there and take it. Then suddenly an impactful strike was landed on his abdomen as spit easily came out from his mouth. Yaban had endured the pain mostly thanks to his Four legged technique which increased his durability to that of a wild animal. In other words Yaban could take a beating before fully going down. Then followed the sweep along with a sideway kick to kick Yaban down. Ace then threw the starving for air Kotashi into the river which meant there was a limited time to save him. Yaban was on the ground, his body facing the ground would result in him still being in a somewhat all four position. Chakra would still be flowing through his body as he was just angry and in pain more than anything at this point. But with Kotashi in the river, Yaban gained a rush of strength that even the Hyuuga himself would find hard to understand. This was the strength of deperaty, the want to save a close friend. With Yaban getting back up and moving his position towards the river, with his instinct he noticed the insult the Hyuuga tried to add to him trying to save his partner. Sadly for him this was a mistake, you see Yaban being in this state enhanced his wild animal senses, making him more reliant on instinct than logic. The moment Yaban tripped, he span his body at a high speed which was close to the Hyuuga. This was his last utilization of passing fang, since it was close range more than likely Ace would suffer even more abrasions and cuts as he wouldnโ€™t have much time to respond. This was the risk of being a smart ass and kicking someone down, Especially pushing someone to the point of desperately trying to save their loved one. It was up to Ace to stay around after this as right after Yaban had no real intention to fight him as his focus was getting into that river and saving his companion. If his passing fang at close range had successfully hit Ace, his leg only would receive several additional cuts, as Yaban continued in this state to land into the river where a giant splash of water would follow. He would instantly start looking around for Kotashi as he was mostly interested in saving him, Ace had the option of continuing to fuck with Yaban, but his condition wouldnโ€™t make things in his favor, after all Yaban had several bruises, but Ace had several lacerations on his body. If Ace had decided to leave, Yaban would find Kotashi and would begin giving him CPR to actually help him. This would more than likely be successful, but all that could be said was Ace and Yaban were meant to be sworn enemies from this point on.

With his leg now also faced with several cuts and bruises, Ace flinched and took a step back while making a gesture of profanity at the Inuzukaโ€™s back. โ€œTch. Luckily for you, dogs can swing.โ€ And scowled the final insult while considering going after them and drowning their furred existence. But he couldnโ€™t take that step closer. Not because he was too hurt, even though he was, bloodied and bruised, he didnโ€™t move because he knew that the result wouldnโ€™t be any different. Although he saw the chakra spreading throughout the opponentโ€™s body more clearly before the last assault on his leg, Ace still didnโ€™t have the time to react or counter. He needed to be faster, and come up with ways to defend himself against enemies who like him go on the full offensive. It seemed that the Inuzuka had perfected this technique as they maintained their defense all the while going on the offense. Ace had always rejected these parts of the gentle fist teaching because they were too passive for him. He wanted action that could inflict unsurmountable pain. To crash, smash, and destroy. To that end he now knew that he had a long ways to take the Brute Style and his own skill and utilization thereof. Aceโ€™s grimace turned to one of depraved pleasure as the small dog was seen being saved, and then a wave of anger washed over him. On the way back to the Hyuga compound he had left four windows broken, one elderly person knocked over, and several people wondering how such a monster couldโ€™ve originated from the Hyuga. But they were glad to see the boy cut and bruised, sending their thanks up to whoever, seeing as they didnโ€™t know, had inflicted those wounds to the brat.

The Start of a Legacy! Team Hibiki!

It was within the early hours of morning when life began to stir as usual in Konoha. With simple, and a docile demeanor the average working citizen would leave their home and head straight for their respective work places. For a certain 3 individuals however, they'd have to wake up especially early because of the important task at hand.

For one reason or another, you have all been selected by the former Hokage himself, Hibiki Uchiha. Shortly after graduating, you were all handled personal letters and even one of you have had an encounter with Hibiki during your graduation. The letter itself was one of praise, congratulating you three for being selected by Hibiki individually for your promising abilities. At first, it may not have seemed obvious, and now perhaps it still doesn't but there's something that the Lord sees in all 3 of you.

You were all to meet today, the morning after the graduation, at the Lord's manor that rested just outside of the village. On your way from the village's gates, there was a sparce amount of post signs on the most common roads that indicated where the manor was until it eventually became off-road trails leading further into the woods.

However, from the village's walls the manor could be seen from a distance painted an immaculate white that stood out from the forest. Everyone who arrived would notice that no one was actually home or there to greet them at the front porch of the manor. It was entirely empty. The only object of interest around was a small pedestal about waist-height that a small, grey bird was sitting on. It was unique in it had a strange grey tail and two-toned eyes. The rest however, was most reminiscent of a hawk of sorts. A most exotic bird.

Anyone who tried to approach it would find that the bird was extremely skittish, flying away at the slightest movements of the people now around it. In fact, anything that got close to it would send it on alert causing it to fly around before shortly landing somewhere else.

Interestingly enough there was a small tag loosely tied around its neck by some string. It was a basic seal inscription. Perhaps something was inside of it to explain this bizarre circumstance? But to get to it first, you'd need to get to the bird. How would the new team react to this, and who would first be brave enough to try and approach this little hawk?

Train the youth!

Zemir's newfound freedom was an absolute blessing to the problem child; he no longer had to be bothered by his ostracization since he could just leave the orphanage and stay at the training grounds for a day instead of sitting alone in his room. Today was one of those days, after suffering from one of his episodes again, Zemir had made his way to theThird Training Ground in Konoha; an open space with all the needed amenities for any sort of training needed. It was a rather hot day, hot enough to make you sweat even if you were sitting in the shade most people elected to train in doors meaning the grounds were rather empty.

Zemir was a tall, dark-skinned kid with snow-white hair and at the moment an extremely sour mood. When he arrived at the training grounds the first thing he did was land a hefty punch on a nearby punching bag. Zemir was dressed in his usual training gear; long pants and a tank top with bandages wrapped around his hands. Deciding to use today for strength training, the boy strapped 10kg weights to his wrists and ankles.

With himself set up, Zemir approached the punching bag once more and began to take his anger out on his target, that added weight eventually made his swings heavier meaning he had to really strain his muscles to make a swing, it was intensive training but Zemir had a surprising amount of strength for his age.

Unleash the Beast!

After his initial meeting with Hibiki, Zemir had been given instructions to meet him at one of the training grounds around Konoha, Zemir chose to use the Third Training Grounds, the open space would provide a good environment for the first training session, on top of that, if he accidentally went wild he would be far enough away from the general population that he wouldn't cause too much damage.

When Zemir arrived at the Third Training Grounds he was pleased to find it empty, it would have been problematic if there were others around. Zemir was dressed in casual training attire; long pants and simple white t-shirt, his red Konoha headband was tied around his neck like a scarf with the symbol facing outwards. With nobody around he was forced to wait for Hibiki and with no knowledge of when the man would arrive, Zemir took it upon himself to wait by sitting under a large tree.

The dark skinned boy took the time to reflect on the things that had been said to him, he doubted he could use his curse for good but he was willing to be proven wrong, more than anything though, he was excited to train, to learn how to focus his anger towards something instead of lashing out at those around him. What ever Hibiki had in store, Zemir believed he was ready.

The Beast of Konoha

Far back within the confines of the Academy were the much more dismal rooms. They were meant for detention, supplies, and among other things: Zemir. Today was special, most of the older kids his age were far away from the Academy under the Konoha Tree taking a rite of passage as they graduated from mere student to a real shinobi.

Zemir, however, was back where most of his daily life had taken place. A small, dimly lit room with white floors and bleached concrete walls. There were small murals here and there, but the room was largely ambiguous with a great deal of negative space aside from a single desk for a student and another for a teacher.

The teacher in question was an older chลซnin, a young adult who had the "simple" task of teaching Zemir basic ninjutsu and the ways of the ninja. Even if Zemir was relaxed and only filling out his written test, the teacher had a sharp eyes and was keeping track of the child's every moment. Every slight flinch or transition into a different mood, seemed unsettling enough that the teacher would move around in their seats too trying to get into a position in case anything happened.

Minutes passed, until ultimately the test was finished. The teacher would get up and take Zemir's paper, walking back over to his own desk before gruffly commenting.

"I've only known you for 2 years Zemir, but you've got a real talent. This might be one of the last times we talk to each other for a while."

If Zemir didn't respond that was fine, the teacher didn't seem to mind at all almost as if he expected to not hear something back from the wild child. If not a word was said, the teacher would just review over the test and begin marking down notes on the paper. After a brutally long 20 minutes passed, the teacher finally pushed the paper to the side of his desk before looking back to Zemir.

"Unfortunately, this is where we'll have to part ways. You've got a special guest here that wants to talk to you."

With that final word, the teacher got up and walked outside bolting the door shut behind him. Someone was talking outside, discussing something; most likely about Zemir. Finally, the door creaked open again revealing someone new.

Hibiki Uchiha.

What Zemir did know about the old man beyond his status, was that he had been closely involved with some parts of Zemir's education. Never directly involved in "class" but always there to give instructions to the many teachers that Zemir has known since an early age. Now he was here, what did he want from Zemir?

Hibiki moved over towards the desk and pull out the free chair before moving front of Zemir and placing it there. Hibiki sat down and pulled himself up close to Zemir and looked him straight in his eyes.

"Zemir, what a foreign name ... many years ago we found you on the step of our gates. No one knew who you were or anything, and despite the real danger you might have been we took you in and raised you. You've spent 12 long years in this village, and ever since that day you've kicked up a whole mess."

"Despite that though? You tried your best and managed to get this far. Your whole life has been coming to this point. Congratulations, boy; you're now a genin."

Hibiki reached into his back pocket and pulled out a red Konoha headband. He held it out for Zemir to take.
